Reviewed By Chr1sBlackWe stayed for 3 nights, and it was the best experience we ever had in any hotel, in terms of hospitality, food and hotel quality. Nature around the hotel is beautiful, we had access to a pool, sauna, snacks around the pool, you could take a soup in afternoon, etc. Breakfast was excellent, with a lot of products from locals, there were so many options, free coffe, juice, etc. 5 course dinner was something else, during 3 days we liked literrally everything what has been presented to us, unique and very tasty food. Staff was very kind and professional and that is what makes this hotel a great choice. I would definitelly recommend to anyone who wants to have a complete experiene of a great hotel.

There were a lots of entertainment options, especially for young children (outside and inside). For family with small children is was beneficial the snack in lunch time. The arrival on skis was possible up to the hotel.

So nice in fact, we spent most of the time there. The restaurant offers excellent food for great prices. Hint: ask for a table in the Loystubn. We were even greeted Personal by the boss of the Hotel. Made us feel like VIPs :)

Reviewed By Martina FStaff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice: Cosy soft bed, large balcony and really cool bathroom with very modern shower. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. There is food for every taste and, very important to me, the coffee is awesome. The location of the hotel is awesome, too: Right next door to the town‘s spa and the Kaiserburgbahn, the gondola that‘ll take you to the summit of Wöllaner Nock, the starting point of various great hiking tours.

I mean there are sure more luxury hotels in the world or more newer one, but the one thing that was never seen before is the feeling when you come to this hotel that you immediately feel like home, or that you came to your relatives that are looking forward to accommodate you. The staff, receptionist, bartender, owners they are all like one big family looking to make your stay at their hotel the nicest in your life. Not to forget the friendly lady at the child zone who is really making the difference. Hotel is in great position both if you come in the summer (like we did) just on a small hill above BKK where you can do long walks or ride a bike. Also they have little ZOO with domestic animals and children playground right around the corner and terrace in front where kids can drive those small vehicles like bikes cars etc. Wellness is great with indoor and outdoor pool. If you come in the winter the location is also great since there are ski pists around the hotel for small ones and for adults as well. Nice clean rooms, great food and extra great service, come here and you will not regret it.

Reviewed By Muri26We went to a extendeed weekend stay and skiing with our family to this hotel. We Read that the hotel is good and offers a lot. But the impression at the hotel itselfe was totaly different. The accommodation facilities are all looking a bit old and used, especialy the kids playing area is terrible and not werry Nice for kids. The food and the Food diversity at the meals was nothing special, also all the food for dinners were tasting pretty the same and were nothing special. The greatest thing is the location - you are litteraly on the ski slope and the view from the room was superb. I Will recommend this hotel Because of the location and not Because of all the rest things Which did not convince - rather disappointed.

Reviewed By C3417WUdanieldThe hotel is located in a quiet and very nice location. The closest ski slopes are 3-5 min by car. The rooms extra large are very nice decorrated and very clean. The bathroom is with double sinks, bathtube and shower cabine. For the half board you have to choose from two or three meniu in the morning. The meals are very well prepared and the plates very atractive beeing nice decorated. The breakfast include a variety of products - very good quality. The owners and the staff are very friendly and ready to help you to feel well there. The parking, swimming pool and sauna complete the facilities needed for a good stay. For us it was a nice place to spend the New Year night.
