Reviewed By JazzyYazzLovely hotel, with a view of the mountains... Great dinner included in the rate and a lovely breakfast. Hotel pool and outdoor whirlpool spacious and great to use. Other spa facilities not used, but look excellent. We found all staff helpful and friendly.

We arrived and got upgraded as a birthday surprise and were able to enjoy a wonderful, spacious suite with beautiful views and a rooftop terrace. For dinner we were again surprised with Champagne and a small cake and all food was delicious. The spa, bath & wellness area offers something to relax for everyone with multiple different baths and pools in a relaxing atmosphere with again incredible views of the mountains! Breakfast is small and can be crowded during peak hours but offers everything you need. Overall we had a great experience and a birthday that we won't forget.

Reviewed By Laszlo MLuxurious little pension in a quiet, relaxing place. The interior is very velcoming with homely atmosphere. The breakfast is in the winter garden is a great experience, the service and the food selection is excellent. We would like to go back, and spend more time this magical place!

Lovely family run establishment
Reviewed By Allabout2015We were staying nearby and the restaurant had been recommended to us, as it was within walking distance from our guest house. The dining room is warm and typical Austrian decor of wood, wood and wood. The staff was very helpful, they have a menu in English (important when one does not speak nor read Austrian). We selected the char in garlic crust and the veal schnitzel. Both were cooked properly but the char (also known as Brooke trout) was very tasty. The wine list is limited however we found it was often the case in many restaurants we ate in Austria. The restaurant is managed by mum and her two daughters, one in the kitchen and one on the floor. All were friendly and accommodating, the service was fast but not hurried and We had a lovely dinner.

Reviewed By nickibaer14jahreendlich konnte ich wieder hier einchecken nach der corona bedingten sperre. wie üblich mein zimmer bekommen, nette besitzerin frühstückszimmer sehr nett und alles da was man für ein gutes frühstück braucht, parkplatz grad noch erwischt.soweit auch behindertengerecht da lift vorhanden. komme gerne wieder

Leider eine Enttäuschung
Reviewed By Otti41Das Gebäude hat einen historischen Hintergrund und liegt auch zentral in Bad Aussee. Das Aparment ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch ohne Mikrowelle. Es gibt einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus. Die in anderen Bewertungen viel gepriesenen Gastgeber haben wir nie persönlich kennengelernt. Kontakt fand nur via Email statt. Die Schlüsselübernahme in einem finsteren Kellerraum war etwas abenteuerlich. Der Zugang zum Apartment führte über 2 lange, dunkle, enge und unsichere Stiegenaufgänge, die für ältere oder leicht gehbehinderte Menschen schwer zu bewältigen sind. Dazu noch das Hochschleppen der Koffer in den obersten Stock. Das Gefrierfach des Kühlschranks war kaum nutzbar weil schon lange nicht mehr abgetaut und voll mit Eis. Das Bett war von einer Seite aus schwer zugängig und die Kunststoffbettwäsche samt Kissen fühlte sich unangenehm an. Die "Bergsicht" wurde in erster Linie durch einen großen Hinterhof und eine Parkfläche dominiert und war nicht berauschend. Wir hatten auf Grund der Beschreibung etwas anderes erwartet.

Reviewed By 8christinalNeben der Tatsache, dass die Unterkunft an der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, wodurch das Schlafen schwer fällt, ist mir die Unterkunft durch eine besonders lieblose Bewirtung extrem negativ im Gedächtnis geblieben und hat auch dem Aufenthalt dort sehr geschadet. Zwar ist die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll, jedoch bringt diese auch nichts, wenn die Bewirtung derart unfreundlich ist.
