Reviewed By matthewwY8973FQWe visited Bad Aibling for the first time dropping our son off at DFI for soccer and school this year. Our stay at Das Lindner was a fantastic experience. The hotel and rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, while the staff was amazing all week. We especially loved our breakfast every morning and dinner at Street Kitchen in the evenings. It really was a 5 Start experience in a beautiful Bavarian town. We cannot wait to return!

Reviewed By Pekka997I would give a good review if this was openly a 3-star hotel. Now it claims to be 4-star and is priced accordingly - and cannot match that standard. This has been a great place in 1980s. Now the age shows too much. Breakfast is very basic. Spa area should open in the morning - but actually the saunas were not on. Family room was good size. Enough space for family of 4.

Big and clean rooms middle of the park
Reviewed By Päivi PWe only stayed one night at the hotel on our way to Travemunde. The rooms are located in many smaller buildings in the park. Our room was exceptionally big and very clean with big windows and an access to the small deck outside the room. Unfortunately the weather was bad and we weren't able to use the big swimming pool outside. The park is big and green which is nice. The service in the hotel was good and efficient. There is also a restaurant in the main building. The food from the a la carte list (quite expensive) was not special except the chantarelle soup which was divine. The lamb steak could have been any meat - no taste of lamb. Alternatively there was a buffet available. I think that the hotel is meant more to the families with kids or for business people. For us the hotel & restaurant was quite clinical and sterile. So no romance there.

Feel sick by the uncleanliness
Reviewed By bonniebE8290FZThe area is lovely but my room was not lovely. The floor made me feel Like I should leave my shoes on but it was the bathroom that makes me nauseous. There were many hairs in the bathroom and shower, but I rinsed them off the walls and took one of the neatly folded towel to dry off, after I was using the towel I noticed that there was bright red blood on it. Not old and as though it was washed and rewashed. I took the offensive towel to the receptionist and asked to speak to the manager. There was no one who will speak to me, and all the receptionist kept saying was would you like a new towel as she took the disgusting towel out of my hand. We slept with out clothes on. Will not ever recommend this place.
