After hearing about it, a friend and I finally went for the first time in March. In terms of the menue: a nice selection of traditional (mostly-) Austrian dishes, transformed into contemporary style. We did like the Mediterranean flavored appetizer platter, which is nice to share. My main course were Ravioli on sweet mashed potatoes. (Quite unsual, but good) The suggested wine was nice as well. The service could have been more attending, we were not asked for dessert nor a coffee, we needed to flag the service people and waited a bit until we could order, in terms if the service is room for a little improvement, the overall experience was nice, so to speak.

We visited here during a trip to Salzburg. We wanted high end cuisine for a special occasion, and an attractive venue. This location ticked these boxes.The restaurant and casino are located in Schloss Klessheim, a grand manor house and attractive gardens. We were there for the surroundings and restaurant, not the gambling, but you can do this too.We were seated in a comfortable corner table in the attractive dining room. We started with some good champagne and amuse bouche of smoked ham. For starters we had the duck comsomme and fish carpaccio, both excellent and well presented, excepting a slight liquid spill (not cleaned up) from the soup plate - a minor complaint, but not what is expected in a venue like this.For mains we had the steak and duck dishes. The duck was excellent and served with calvados sauce and apples. The steak was good although slightly overcooked, as it came out medium, not med-rare as requested.Desserts of coffee parfait and hazelnut were very good although placed on the table without explanation as to what they consisted of. Again, a minor complaint, but not what is expected here.The wine list is good and extensive. We had a bottle of St Emillion. We would return, the servers are friendly and pleasant. If your looking for a quiet more upscale place that won't break the budget this is for you! Great service. Food fantastic. Great wine selection! Plenty of places to park. In summer sit outside! I have a carbonara that night, they was good, maybe is winter, and i having hot food, the beer here is good, price is good , i stay next door cuban villa but no discount, haha

Overlooking the Red Bull museum of racing cars, bikes, aircraft, artwork, and more.... all set in Hangar 7.wonderfully different, and a nice change from all the old one tends to visit in Europa. Interesting modern Austria.highly recommend.hopefully return.the restaurant rquires advance reservations. the bars not so.
