This restaurant was without dought the best food we found in Wagarin/Kleinarl and the hole Ski Amadé area. Wimklalm have taken the very sympatic decision not to serve pommes frites at all. In stead they have traditiional, authentic Austrian classics made of the best ingredients. It was pure pleasure eating here, and after finding the place we planned our skiing so that we could be in the area every day for lunch. The owners are kind and calm, and we warmly recommend both the cordon bleu og the putenphandl and everything else we had. Go, go!

We had high hopes for a traditional Austrian fondue with good quality and ample offerings. Times have changed ! The fondue consisted of a very poor salad bar, self-serve bread bar (which wasn’t renewed / filled during the two hours we were there), a small selection of meat and fish (we had ordered the “big package”) and a very slow burning cooker. It should though be said that the meat and fish was of a good quality. The service reflected the burner (... slow and un-engaged)This place is a tourist trap - the locals would find another place. Never again.

We stopped there at the end of a popular trail. The food was Ok but the service was simply bad. For example- when a bee fell into my beer- the waitress said "not my problem". Sums it up..Dear Costumer,This year there are a great amount on bees in our region. It is very diffcult to protect every guest's drinks off the bees, but we give our best that you have an enjoyable stay at our restaurant. I am really sorry if the waitress had a bad behavior against you. Normally we counter our guests the most friendly way. If you would like to read some other coments, you will see that the day of your visit was an unhappy exeption.Greats,Restaurant Klammfürst
