Amazing Italian flavors, maybe the best restaurant in Hydra! The atmosphere is amazing, the art de la table pure italian with beautiful plates! The spaghettis are marvelous, we had the lemon and ginger one which is very light!!!We adore the place and we go their every time we visit the island!

Itâs a lovely and atmospheric outdoor restaurant of candlelit tables on a quiet lane a few blocks back from the port. Cooking is nominally Italian but the menu is quite varied and every dish was perfectly executed. Outstanding dishes included: a ceviche of shrimp and octopus, a tuna tartare, a carpaccio of sea bream. A pasta with fresh sea urchin. All presented with a caring and warm hospitality and attentive service. Great wine list too.

This used to be my favorite place to eat on Hydra, and I waited all year to go there this October. Was sad to hear that Mario is no longer there -- but went anyways. The appetizers were still good, but all the pastas we ordered (I had carbonara, others had seafood, etc.) -- it was all mediocre (very sad to say). : (((((((((( I can no longer recommend this place.Do visit us again this year to see your amazing chef!
