Reviewed By Keven Rlisten this is a wonderful place to let your hair down, some rooms have kitchens and some don't overall you're going get some rest and go out catch a taxi and enjoy yourself on a night out on the town the restaurants are very inexpensive when you go out the drinks will be costly but that is about all

Reviewed By nancysWe had to switch from another place called Aparthotel de la Plaza de Angel 74 which was terrible (no wifi, no hot water, no working kitchen and staff that kept lying to us). This place was in a very downtown location which was less convenient for the Carnival but the staff were amazing. All of them went out of their way to make us feel welcome and safe--the security guard even walked us to a nearby club and ensured that the local guard would walk us back--even though they said it wasnt dangerous. Everyone was trained to give super service and that made all the difference. And there was hot water, working wifi, a good buffet breakfast and a pool for a very reasonable price especially during Carnival

Reviewed By MauriceM152Spent five nights there, only on fourth morning I got warm water. Room is half a suite, the other half has a kitchen, they are separated by a locked double door that is unlocked for those who rent full suite. Each evening a crazy neighbor cooked stinky food, smell was close to crude oil burning, it passed through the doors. That same crazy neighbor had each evening loud phone calls: I heard everything he said, I was so angry I repeated exactly what he said so that he understand. Calling the reception didn't solve anything.
