Reviewed By norman_stewartLocated about 4 km South-West of Aquitania, Lake Tota. A modern building in a small village comprises of a hotel, restaurant, bar and a general shop on the lower level. A very warm welcome awaits you on arrival soon followed by hot drinks. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms on level 2 are small and compact but very clean and tidy with on-suite toilet and hot water and shower. There is a television in most rooms and Wi-Fi is available for internet access. The bar on level 3 is well furnished and laid out. Large windows give an excellent view of the lake. The dining room is at the top of the hotel on level 4 with large windows providing views of the lake and surrounding countryside. Breakfast is typical Colombian: banana, papaya, eggs, arepa, cheese, coffee or hot chocolate and fruit juice. Porridge and soup is also available. Lunch and dinner is served in the bar or dining room. Selections include traditional fish and rice dishes, pasta and salads are also available. The food is excellent in terms of presentation and taste. At over 3 000 m (10 000 ft) it gets quite cold at night. A warm jersey and clothing are essential. During the day temperatures are around 16 degC but UV is very high so use a high factor sun block. Pricing and value for money are good for both the accommodation and the food. Overnight charges are per person. We were travelling with a three year old and 6 month old baby and would definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Tiene detalles encantadores en cuanto servicio por ejemplo el tinto en la mañana y vino caliente para la fogata en la noche. Lo recomiendo a todos mis conocidos.... Muchas gracias por hacer la experiencia para mis hijos inolvidable. Lo único que les recomiendo es mejorar la temperatura de las comidas al llevarla a la mesa ya que eran tibias.

La atención al cliente es mala, las personas de portería y recepción son bastante secas y les falta mucho en cuanto atención al cliente. A pesar de ser un hotel cómodo no volvería
