Food is amazing and you can eat 24hrs a day if you like. Even room service is included The entertainment is first class, the animation team are especially great with our kids. Excellent hotel - Swim up room is great and worth it especially with a toddler.
Reviewed By lhassWe stayed for 7 nights - 1st week of June. Booked a swim up room which was facing the lagoon. It was lovely and perfect for our small family of 3 with private sun beds on the deck and easy access. The water felt comfortable for our toddler after a sunny morning which was the case for most of our trip. The entire hotel is accessible with a stroller you can even get to the front of the beach without a hassle. There are towels every where. Super clean and well maintained. The staff is really helpful. The resort is a good size - not so big that it would take you ages to run back to the room to grab something. Everything else has been said and I agree with. Excellent food. Loads of variety with different cuisines every night. Tried few of the ala carte restaurants all of them were good you just have to promptly book them in the morning via an app. Helpful and welcoming staff. Massage therapists wayan and indira at the spa were amazing. Zeynap who served us a few times was so kind and also answered our many questions over a hotel WhatsApp group that every guest has access to. Angelina at bary star was so lovely. A couple of suggestions for the hotel management - it would be good to reiterate to guests to not book sun beds especially if they leave the pool area. By noon it was difficult to find a sun bed free that didn’t have a towel on it. It would also be really good to have a little splash park for kids as being in out of the pool can be tiring. Think there was one but has since been removed? All in all fantastic hotel. We’re definitely going back!

Reviewed By AnnanandyfReturned from a brilliant family holiday. Hotel gorgeous. Pool amazing. Water slides fun for all ages. The beach and pier a nice change of scenery. Food had plenty of choice. Not always to my families taste but what can you expect in an huge hotel catering for a vast international audience. Some staff friendlier than others but all working really hard. Couldn’t all speak English - but that’s not a complaint, why should it be expected they can. If they couldn’t help they asked someone who could. Rooms very clean and pleasant. Top tips - avoid the main restaurant at peak times, it did become very busy. I found other guests to be pretty rude at times. No real family entertainment on a Saturday and Tuesday so plan evenings out for those days ideally. Sunday night circus show was the highlight of the shows without doubt. Get flavoured ice cream between 3-6pm from patisserie cafe at top of quiet pool. Yes there were some minor annoyances like No snack food at the pool or drinks service in restaurant (unless you called already busy staff members over and directly asked) but for price I paid it exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend to everyone unless you expect to be waited on hand and foot (I for one didn’t).

All the staff here work really hard especially housekeeping, restaurant and kitchen, bar staff and the entertainment team. There was a good amount of activities on offer throughout the day and great evening entertainment. Big shout out to Turan, Mert, Vahit for keeping us all entertained we had a great time and really didn’t want to leave.

A lof of entertainment during the day as well as night shows. Bar work 24/7, almost all alcoholic beverages are not local. Besides, if you a fan of starbaks it’s a right place for you)

The hotel is relatively tidy however there are a couple of areas where there is room for improvement (overgrown weeds surrounding the small Children’s play area is just one example). What made this visit so special for us was the staff, they all go above and beyond and they all seemed delighted each time they made my children laugh or smile, whilst all the staff have been amazing I would like to give a special mention to Melissa, Mert, Sehrat, Ali, and the all of the team at the snack bar both day and night, also the magnificent entertainment team, Julia and Alex were both amazing, my children really believe they will be your friends for life, our holiday has been relaxed but also packed full of fun. We will miss your smiling faces everyday. Also I must mention the lovely photography team, as a mum of 3 very little ones I really struggle to capture those special memories but we have left with over 200 beautiful pictures and I’m present in them which is very rare as I’m normally the one snapping pictures of them making memories.
