We had rented a very nice holiday flat in a quiet house in a small village surrounded by meadows and fields and views to the nearby mountains. A bakery and a couple of excellent restaurants in walking distance. Very welcoming hosts who are happy to advise you about day trips or walks. A perfect base to explore the surrounding mountains with your own car. Or just soak in the relaxing bavarian village atmosphere. We would definitely love to come back.

We booked a one night stay online via the local town website, thinking that if the accomodation is not so great, we are only there for one night. When we arrived we asked to see the room and were very pleasantly surprised. The room had a small balcony with views, an onsuite with a skylight that anyone would be pleased to have at home, it had automatic rain sensing windows and was spaceous. The bed was very comfortable, all in all the room was so good we wished we could stay longer. Another surprise was that breakfast was also included and was very generous, eggs, musli, fresh German breads, meat & cheeses. The host could not be more helful. We will definately stay there again next time visit the area.

The Bed and Breakfast Freynend at Anger Germany is our best vacation accommodation. We have stayed there three times for a week each occasion. The owners-operators, Hubert und Bernadette Baumgartner, really make us at home in their lodging facility to the point of feeling as part of their family. Every trip to Europe always includes Freynend Haus as part of our travel.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
