Reviewed By Rafal GNot the best impression when we arrived- disrespectful receptionist. Room was clean and nice, but “last touch” would be a game changer. My room was at the first floor with view on cars parked next to the wall. The hotel is located quite far from Gmunden (5 km). Breakfast was good.

Great hotel with excellent views
Reviewed By 409MichelleH409Stayed here for 1 night on a recent motorcycle tour. We arrived on 4 motorcycles and there is plenty of free parking. The hotel is close to the town centre and has lovely views over the lake. The staff are excellent, speak very good English, have a great sense of humour, and booked us a table at a restaurant they recommended as the hotel restaurant was not open. The rooms are very large, very well furnished and very comfortable. The breakfast is also very good. We will definitely stay here gain.

Reviewed By Duski55We stayed here for three days and were very satisfied with accomodation, food and wine. But the most appreciated from us was the very friendly a nice service, mostly of Reisenberger family members. The only defect was the breakfast buffet, which was very small.

Great stay and fabulous staff
Reviewed By Ahmed AIt was an amazing experience coming to this place and meeting these nice people. When I arrived at the train station with my wife, who's pregnant, we couldn't find a cap to the hotel, but the owner of the hotel came to pick us up herself and did not hesitate. In terms of food, lunch/dinner were the best we've had in all of Austria, I recommend this place in from all angles. Thumbs up!!

Excellent destination
Reviewed By Malha66On upon a time there was a group of bikers, traveling once or twice a year over the Europe. This June we´ve finished first part of our journey at URZ´ns - and it was excellent since our arrival, accomodation, splendid landscape views, delicious good dinner, drinks till the breakfast in the morning. Highly recommended not for bikers only, but everyone.

Reviewed By gerard032Stayed at this hotel while on a trip to Austrian lakes.on arrival the manager at the reception was very abrupt and not very friendly. The room was a good size and very clean. The food at dinner was very limited and not that good, but the staff in the restaurant was very friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Make sure if you are going to this hotel that you get a room at the front of the hotel,we were at the side and it was very dark because you had a grass bank in front of the balcony (see photos).

Reviewed By Magdalena BRodinná farma, kde se nejen nádherně hospodaří, ale i krásně přijímají hosté ve třech velmi příjemných apartmánech. Na snídani je možné vypít několik litrů výborného čerstvého mléka, od místních kraviček :-) Jediné upozornění: s majiteli se lze domluvit v podstatě jen německy. Ale díky jejich srdečnosti se dá domluvit i bez dobré znalosti jazyka ;-) Navíc je farma ve velmi nádherném kraji s mnoha jezery a nádhernými, zajímavými vrchy. Velmi doporučuji!

Reviewed By Wojtek MThe gasthof is located in the middle of nowhere. Thus the surroundings is very peaceful and pleasant. You can enjoy beautiful view on the Traunsee. Rooms are small, very clean and well maintained. Staff very polite and helpful. Certainly worth recommending.
