Reviewed By ExplendourFriendly reception by front desk staff and rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Hotel located in a quiet area of uyo city that is secure. It has limited parking space. A small bar/restaurant is by the entrance of the hotel to your left as you enter the property.Good air conditioning and Tv viewing experience. Meals are best served a'la cart; national cuisine is good. A good place, if you are basically looking for a cozy accommodation in a serene environment. The hotel can step up its offering to cater for the demand of guests with sophisticated taste and international cuisine.

Reviewed By Niyi_DavidMy stay at Majesty Realm was good. The room I stayed in was okay – nothing exceptional. It was cozy. The hotel has two separate blocks of building and one probably had rooms with a higher standard than where I was put. The air conditioning was okay. Staff were courteous and the WiFi was excellent. Didn't get to eat at the restaurant though. The ambience was relaxing. It is located in a safe and secure environment. Generally, a respectable place to stay.

Reviewed By zinki2017We stayed as a couple on a business trip from 1st July until 5th July 2017. Room clean and ticked most boxes. Kitchen very slow and we waited 40 minutes for meals as well as breakfast. Waited 2 hours 40 minutes for room service. Will stay again

A bad experience!
Reviewed By DaChic03The room looked okay at first when we checked in late Friday night as we had had a tiring and long day but by morning, we discovered the sheets were very dirty (probably was not replaced after last guest) with stains all over the duvets too. We requested for a change of sheets and one additional pillow but it took an hour for that to happen without the pillow. The sheet was smaller than the bed size and the new duvet still had stains which we used the cover to prevent direct contact. We were 6 in number and had individual rooms and suites booked for us but only got 2 suites and 1 room without any explanation. So the girls (3) shared shared one suite where the intercom does not ring out, another by a couple and my brother a standard room instead of the executive booked. On the 2nd night we had requested for dinner which we were told would take 30mins but the food never came till we slept off. Our hosts were quite disappointed with the treatment and service we got and had to take it up with the hotel management which we hope will improve on the services. The staff need training on customer service and house-keeping before they run down the place. It can really be better!
