Reviewed By daveworldtravellerVery comfortable and attractive hotel on a hillside, with very helpful staff, a short taxi ride away from the airport, Olympic site, and Adler train station (to go to Sochi or mountains), A ridge separates you from the airport so no jet sounds. Tasty breakfast spread, and you can order an ommelette with cheese, tomato, and bacon, with a cappuccino. Not on the beach, but beach is rocky anyway: head to the mountains instead. Immediate neighbourhood 200m down the hill is not as attractive as the hotel itself, but is an authentic working class area with the feel of old Cuba, with open cafes and bars. Recommended.

Reviewed By anilt413Beautiful place! We rested here for three days. I liked everything - cordial reception, clean and cozy rooms, very tasty food. You could order complex breakfasts / lunches / dinners, cooked everything at home, healthy portions. The room has everything you need - a refrigerator, air conditioning, a table with chairs, a comfortable bed. Room cleaning is daily, the interior is beautiful. Separate plus - transfer from the hotel to the beach every hour. Thank you, Tamara for everything!

Reviewed By Damian G2 of us stayed here for 6 nights during the WC. Check in at midnight went smooth and easy, 5 to 10min max. Being 2 guys, we weren't keen on cuddling so we separated the beds and to our surprise there was a used condom behind. The Guest House organised hotel airport transfers both ways as well as organising extra taxis during our stay getting us to Sochi and up in the mountains, for prices better than what we could fix ourselves right outside the gate. The Guest House is of a 3 star standard, simple breakfast with cheese, cold cuts n yoghurt. The staff, from manager to pool bar guy, were all exceptional. Other than our surprise condom, cleanliness was a good standard also. Location is perfect for those wanting restaurants, beach and night life. If you're chasing peace and quiet, you'll need another mile between yourself and The Mandarin Mall area as that area is pumping till at least 6am daily. 4km walk to Fischt Stadium and the F1, 4km the other direction to Adler Station if you're wanting to get into Sochi or the mountains. Taxis are right outside, negotiating is ok if you know fair pricing, otherwise the staff will help out with the language barrier if you can't speak Russian. We got by the entire trip using a voice translator app, at the hotel and about town. Everyone seems to have the same app. Its great lol. 3 star rating because it really is only 3 star in itself. 3.5 star had the breakfast been bigger than above mentioned and served earlier than 8am, for those mornings one is up early for an event or touristy stuff.

I get the pleasure of communicating with the manager of the hotel. Very sensitive and sympathetic person. 2. absolute honesty hotel management: I returned a deposit for a room in the hotel without any problems.I refused to go because of the bad weather (storm, rain). My deposit was non-refundable. Thanks! Such an attitude to customers more than just a good rest in the hotel I wish you prosperity!

Moved here from a guesthouse. I was in Adler for the Grand Prix. Very helpful staff found me a room for two nights.

Wine and fruit were available for us in the room. The staff was very helpful. The food was delicious and varied. I will come back. The best hotel in the area, I recommend the hotel to everyone!
