Reviewed By Wiana SSwiss Bel Resort Pecatu is nice hotel and room very clean,amazing view,pool is clean. Staff very friendly ,especially restaurant staff is very friendly and helpful. Thank you " Bu Cut " for complimentary welcome fruit and hospitality . Really happy stay and recommended hotel for vacation. But we ordered beef burger for dinner,the beef was dry and tough. Over all is really good.

Reviewed By glenmW3268QUWe were lucky enough to stay at the beautiful De Sapphire for a month. From the moment we arrived, till when we sadly had to leave (prematurally) we were treated like freinds. Always a smile and a hello, and nothing was too much trouble, even getting stamps and posting post cards for us (Thank you Ayu!!!) . Santi is an outstanding hostess, her English is superb which made communication a whole lot easier as our Indonesian is severly lacking. Our room was fantastic, wonderfully appointed, with a lovely big bathroom which had both a bath and shower and also a large wardrobe. Amazing veiws and right next to the pool. The location of the villas is amazing, it feels like you are on your own peice of paradise. We will hopefully be back in the near futre and will look forward to seeing all of the staff again.

Nice place but the staffs attitude needs to be trained
Reviewed By ninyomandevianikinapThe place is nice and clean, the facility is accomodate. however the staffs are horrible. i greeted them and they didnt answer back. no kind gesture or responded in the most short and impolite way( it is rare indeed since most of balinese are well known of being friendly). they dont smile ( dont know if they smile or not since they wear mask), but what annoyed me the most is how they treated the guests, especially the girl in the front office. next time please treat ur guests better. we are definetly not comfortable to stay at ur place due to the attitude of ur staffs

Reviewed By LIVETOTRAVEL8We stayed in Lumbug Villa. The pool is beautiful. The grounds immaculate and beautiful to be in. The staff are fantastic and friendly. The massages were excellent. The breakfast is good. The only thing is i wished they served one indonesian breakfast dish every day as thats what i like in bali not western food. The food is great. They offer surf lessons and yoga and gym. Wonderful stay. Easy to go to beaches and out to eat. We cant wait to return.

Reviewed By mgoliveirasfLoved visiting this resort with a friend back in 2019. We had a villa with a private pool, and relaxed by the pool during the day. We took Ubers (a different brand service) on most days to explore different beaches, and had breakfast daily at the property. The staff was very attentive and took care of us. The dreamland beach is pretty but the water was very rough, more appropriate to surfers. I'd definitely return to this hotel!

Great stay - perfect for our needs.
Reviewed By Elise HWe were a group of 24 in the area for a family wedding. We all stayed 4 nights. Brothers Villas suited our needs perfectly. We had the 2 Villas and also 6 rooms. Yes, they were basic, but were clean, with room cleaning provided everyday. New towels daily. Pool towels from reception. Breakfast was substantial. Eggs, bacon, fruit, toast, juice, pastries, tea coffee. Staff were friendly. Reception staff assisted where necessary quickly. Ie: extra pillows, towels etc. The villas were 3 bedrooms with own bathrooms which locked individually. Safe in 1 bedroom. TV in each room. Bathrooms were very basic, more a wet room. No bench top. Just a sink, toilet & shower. Hot water. A water boiler, cups etc & we provided our own tea coffee etc. These are not your "Bali Villa in Seminyak" type of Villa, more a holiday house vibe, but they had 2 couches, table and chairs. We were not there for the Villa experience. We needed somewhere clean to accommodate a large group. A private small pool in each villa. There is a mini mart next door. The rooms did not have kettles. As I said, basic, & at approx $70 per night we were happy. The main pool was perfect, great water temperature, good depth, lounge chairs all around. Nice well kept gardens and close to some nice restaurants. As I said, basic accommodation in a lovely area away from the hustle of Legian & Seminyak.

Nice facility with great view
Reviewed By LifeHubThe hotel is situated at an area that is still being developed. With that said, there are a lot of unfinished area in the vicinity. The facility itself is quite nice with modern furnishing. The provided breakfast was abundant with good selections of western and oriental food. There is a well-maintained golf course with a nice view overlooking the oceans over the cliff on some areas. I enjoyed my morning run on the golf course trail and watched the surfers carving some marvelous waves at 7am.
