Fletcher Zuiderduin Beachhotel is located within 5 minute walking distance from the beach of Westkapelle and only 20 minutes drive from Middelburg and Vlissingen. The surrounding area is perfect for walking and cycling. You can easily rent a bike at the hotel. Fletcher Zuiderduin Beachhotel offers several facilities. There is a sauna and solarium available at an additional charge. The hotel has a private beach club and an outdoor pool. All the rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a desk. The cuisine is French with a touch of Zeeland thrown in for good measure. The beach club of Zuiderduin Beachhotel also serves dinners in a more casual setting overlooking the beach. In summer the hotel organizes barbecues.

Reviewed By TopsMAThe location is super, just behind the dunes so a short walk to the beach, but be prepared for a long climb up & down stairs to get onto the beach. The hotel was ok, the staff friendly but the room was small. We had a balcony & the weather was beautiful so that was great sitting there over looking the pools & watching the sunset behind the dunes. The bathroom is small & dark...why do hotels never have great lighting in the bathroom! Putting makeup on was a challenge! Breakfast was the usual buffet but plentiful & I was impressed that the staff baked me some gluten-free bread to order. Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing! The food was unexciting sadly. The staff although friendly were not very efficient...we asked for Dutch menus twice only to repeatedly get German menus. When we asked for a second glass of prosecco they were brought to the table in to beer glasses & were told they had run out of glasses! OK so we got a good amount of prosecco but where is the attention to detail & the class! Maybe if the staff didn't stand around the cash register chatting & looking at their phones they could have washed up a couple of glasses! Very poor. I would stay again if I couldn't find anywhere else! This is the second disappointing stay in a Fletcher hotel so maybe this chain needs a shake up!

Missing the hospitality
Reviewed By Ephie Lwe were staying here during the early state of pandemic, i need a gate away and we decided to do round Netherland trip, the front office was really nice, offered us upgrade with fee, we booked breakfast because we don't want to think about it in the morning since all the restaurant in the city still closed, the first day of breakfast the staff was really grumpy and yelled at me, said i only have 2 hands, seriously i didn't ask her how many hands she had, i only ask if i can get something to drink..., the staff didn't wear mask or gloves, and we got breakfast buffet served on table, our table didn't even disinfected, i still have left over breadcrumbs on my chair... she served the table one by one, so we only have 15 minutes to eat our breakfast. No, i am not that happy...

Reviewed By 123spursExcellent Hotel and superb location! Five minutes walk to the beach and Beach Restaurant! Limited Parking but within easy reach to local Restaurants! Hotel does need air conditioning in Rooms as I can imagine the rooms are very hot in summer! Breakfast absolutely amazing and such a choice! Staff very friendly and nothing was a problem!

Es gibt Doppelzimmer von denen 3 auf Parterre,zwei Familienzimmer sowie eine Juniorsuite,welches mit einem Schlafzimmer,Wohnzimmer sowie Badezimmer ausgestattet ist. Manche Doppelzimmer haben Terrasse. Weiters gibt es eine gesellige Sitzecke mit Tv und Aquarium,grosser Esssaal in dem morgens das Frühstücksbuffet serviert wird,als auch einen Garten in dem zb Sitzecken sind aber auch die (Miet) räder untergebracht werden.

Reviewed By jenwd2020Bij verlaten van camping na ongeveer 10 jaar werden wij verplicht de 750 eu verwijdering kosten contant(zwart dus) te betalen. We hebben dit niet gedaan, dreigend telefoontje van de eigenaar, bij niet contant betalen kwam er plots btw bovenop. 750eu overgemaakt op bankrekening van de Boomgaard, vervolgens heeft de eigenaar onze tegoeden van gas licht water niet terug betaald, pure diefstal! Ook de borg voor sleutel van de voormalige slagboom entree a 75 eu is nooit aan iemand terug betaald!!

Fantastisch verblijf
Reviewed By 145nickypSamen met mijn man en 2 honden verbleven in deze B & B in de kamer het Balkon. Zeer ruime kamer , heel schoon, bedden slapen heerlijk. Het strand is echt maar 5 min lopen en genoeg restaurants in de buurt. Super gastvrije mensen. En een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Reviewed By jumie64Das Preisleistungsverhältnis war in Ordnung. Das gebuchte Studio war zwar etwas mühselig über 2 Treppen zu erreichen, aber es war sehr sauber und man hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Aufgrund von Covid wurde das Frühstück in einem Korb vor die Tür gestellt. Es war dem Preis angemessen und in Ordnung. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut,das heißt sehr zentral in Westkapelle. Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es allerdings auch, im Bad war ein winziges Waschbecken angebracht, das sollte man mal ändern. Einen Stellplatz für unseren PKW gab es kostenfrei vor dem Haus.
