The worst service ever
Reviewed By Anna RWe haven’t stayed in the hotel, but we were unfortunate enough to have lunch in the restaurant (Hotel San Carlo restaurant). We came to the lake, but it was raining and we went to the restaurant unsure whether to have lunch or drive home. We sat at the table and in two minutes the waiter came up and in a rude manner said that we shall either order or go away as “he has business to do”. We asked for a menu (the guy didn’t bring it when he came up) and ordered pizza and drinks. We waited quite a while when we finally had our food and drinks thrown at our table. When we asked what took so long the waiter said “they had other staff to do at the kitchen”. We had pizza for two but they never brought us a second plate despite we asked for it several times. They don’t usually cut pizza in Italy so in all other restaurants we asked and had it cut, but here they refused, we tried to protest but the waiter said that he didn’t know about existence of the special knife for a pizza and left us. The pizza was not good, our hot drinks were cold and the impression totally ruined. It’s a shame!

Terrible stay!
Reviewed By Katiasp7I cannot to say anything good about this place except of the nice location right by the lake. Old hotel, outdated rooms, uncomfortable beds, non working internet, terrible breakfast ( rotten fruits had been served) Owner does not care about you and your needs. I urgently needed the internet for some work arrangements and asked her to help me several times. She did not care. So I ended up buying my own internet. Stay away from this place.

Newly renovated rooms, nice staff, exceptionel food
Reviewed By charlotte-italiaWe stayed at Tre Oche a weekend in february 2018. We gota newly renovated room at the third floor with a balcony viewing the small town and the mountains. The hosts are originally from the Amalfi Coast, and "la signora" is creating stunned innovative dishes in the restaurant. Leo is all over from early morning, because the hotel is also a frequented local bar, Tabacchi and newspaper sale. People of all age wil gather in the bar to have their morning espresso, just to talk, to drink the obligatory "aperitivo" or to enjoy a football match in company. Parking is available, the is a three minute walk from the hotel, and dogs are truly welcome..

Warmest of welcomes from family Pellegrini and the team. Great pool with free access to tennis courts and mountain bikes. Comfortable and quiet rooms and the best Pizza you are ever likely to eat. This is a must for all those seeking an Italian lake holiday without the crowds of Garda.
