The pizza was very delicious and the service always ready to help. We had to sit inside, as it seems to be a known place for delicious food. Thus I recommend to do a reservation to save waiting time plus having a table outside. :)

When I was in Riva La Garda this week I looked up TripAdvisor for a restaurant and booked this restaurant. Wonderful, an enjoyable meal and a good and friendly service too. Also nicely decorated and good value for money. The meat I had was just perfectly prepared. One word of complaint tough, please invest in a good air conditioning. This friendly restaurant and bar is tucked away in a side street of central Riva De Garda. We dined there as a family of four and had a great meal. My daughters shared a Pizza (â¬15), as we were advised that sharing is the way to best enjoy the thick and rich base. I am an avid pizza baker and found the dough (risen over 48-72h) to be very tasty and special. I had the truffle risotto (â¬14) and my wife chose the salmon (â¬15). All dishes tasted incredibly good and cooked to perfection. My wife and i also tried local white wines by the glass, which were wonderful. There is also a range of very interesting local artisan beers available, which are worth a try. All four of us also shared a tasty meat/cheese platter and 2 great Tiramisu. The overall bill came to â¬91, which is about â¬10-15 above average for a family-of-four meal in Riva. But in my view it is absolutely worth the additional money. Service was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Locals stopped by for a drink and it was great to see community appeal of this place. Walter gave us a wonderful welcome once again, we enjoyed a cool local Forst beer and returned in the evening for a super dinner. Brenda had lasagna and I enjoyed traditional goulash with polenta. Great to reccolect past visits, hear about the owners family and sip a grappa afterwards. See you next time. Norman and Brenda XX

We reservated the day before because it was full. Every thing was nicely prepared. The personal told us there was a waiting time for the pizza's for minimum 30 minutes (a lot of take aways). So took in account with this and ordered all a starter. The rest of family ordered no pizza's as main dish. Only me, I wanted to try one because of the good reviews and because we all ordered starters. The starters were really good. One hour after the orders the main dishes were served. But my dish (the only pizza) was not served. My family was nearly finished so I asked where was my dish. I got mine after 10 minutes. All the food was very good. But I was not happy because I had to eat alone. When I got the bill I wanted to speak the owner (Enrique or Enrico). He was very nice and offered me a drink and also a refund. But what I did not know in the meantime was that one of the waitresses was telling to the clients that I just wanted to have a extra drink. My wife is Italian and was very offended. I really loved the food but the waitress was very rude. Enrico or Enrique if you do not want tourists, please say so. If you do, please explain the staff that tourists pay as much and also make your publicity. I am frequant tourist in your region. I am sorry for my review. Good food, good cook but I felt that there was a bit of bad service because Iwas not Italian (my wife was).Buongiornoleggo con dispiacere la sua recensione in quanto riguardo al piccolo disservizio ricevuto ci eravamo già chiariti di persona e Lei era uscito dal locale sorridente e soddisfatto per come è stato trattato.Trovo molto offensivo la sua considerazione riguardo al fatto che secondo Lei i turisti da noi non siano graditi. Restaurant has amazing view. It is also nice walk from Riva del Garda, a trip to remember for years. The restaurant is also nice and really relaxed atmosphere. The personnel is nice and during summer months it is nice to see people from different countries. I am already missing this place.

We have a holiday home in Valle di Ledro and go to this albergo for lunch at least once a week. Good though the hams and meat products are in the Trentino, we NEED a fish fix occasionally and this restaurant does as good a spaghetti vongole as any in Italy. Also recommended is their smoked fish - the salmerino comes from a trout farm in the valley - and the persico from the lake. Other dishes are OK but similar to many other places locallyBoth dining room and lakeside terrace have fabulous views of the lake and the service is friendly. Go for lunch, preferably on Thursday or Friday since the former is the day the fish delivery usually arrives. Would be ***** but the hotel caters for coach parties in the evenings and can get crowded.

We were eating while looking the honeybees and the wasps entering into the traps, attired by the sweet syrup which filled the traps hanging in the green plants of the hedge. The salads were not tasty, especially the tomatoes, even if was the summertime...these vegetables of intensive agriculture.. unfortunately is common in many restaurants.Also the staff didn't look glad neather unmotivated.
