Hidden gem from hustle and bustle
Reviewed By SujoretThe Villa is good and clean. All rooms are facing fish pond and mountain view. The location is also great! The food from their resto are very tasty. I love the surrounding because it has a walking path thru strawberry plants. The room rate exclude breakfast but they give a snack compliments.

Poor hotel service I ever have
Reviewed By h_susanto93Arrived around 2AM in the morning the reception told me that breakfast time will be on 7AM-9AM in the morning. After got the room I try to have a warm shower but unfortunately the water was very cold. Decided to wash my face only and start to sleep. At 7AM phone ringing from front desk informing that breakfast served at 7AM - 8.30AM, I said ok and decided go back to sleep because of the trip on the day before was exhausted. At 7.40AM again the phone rang and the same reception informed me the breakfast time. What the......#"*_+_;:+$;&;$&&$ ???? I shouted on the phone and hang the phone angrily. How can calling the guest room in the sunday morning informing the same thing to the same guest by the same person? Is there no communication from previous shift what time does my arrival last night? After that I wake and try to have a shower, but, oh my God, the water is very cold even after I turn the tap several times!!!! After sometimes and have a cup of coffee inside my room, I went back to shower and still found that there were no hot water for my room. Rushed to check out at 11.40AM and asked whether there is hot water or not on the hotel the reception smiled and said hot water is available on every rooms. I just smiled and told him "you should check the rooms before sell them to the guest. No hot water at all on my room." It is a pity that the room facilities are good but handled by incompetent staffs, back of bathroom door where all dusty with dirt that stayed more than a week not being cleaned, spiderweb on the corner of bathroom wall are there don't know since when. Definitely the worst hotel I've ever stay. Surely will not go back there again!!!!! Such a waste....

Nice Place yet Has Poor Facilities
Reviewed By Cindy EI have choose this hotel for my business trip around Soreang-Ciwidey with high expectation since I thought this place has good environment. And I fell in love at the first sight when I saw the architecture of this place, cottages with pool sight right after you open your room's door. Unfortunately, this resort has quite bad facilities. Phone doesn't work so I have to walk to front office by myself if I want to ask something. Since I stay there in Ramadhan, they didn't serve any food for their guests until Maghrib/open fasting time. But, what make me so disappointed was, they only open order until 7pm!!! and no confirmation before that. Furthermore, this place is far from city so it's quite difficult to find place to eat. Tomorrow morning, the water was off! then again, I have to go to front office and asked the staff to turn the water on. That was also happened in the evening after I was back from my work. The water even turn into brown because of dirt! Well, I think that was my first and last time stay in this place. It's quite disappointing since this place has great environment with traditional architecture which many people would love to. But with those bad experience about the facilities, I doubt people will come for the 2nd time.

Enak Sebagai Hotel Transit
Reviewed By AyahnayafazaKami menginap 1 malam untuk transit, karena kami datang di malam hari. Di seluruh tipe kamar yang tersedia, tidak terdapat pendingin ruangan (AC)...ya wajar lah, karena di Ciwidey, udara sudah dingin dan AC memang gak perlu. Kami ambil kamar yang standar, ya fasilitasnya standar. Jangan berharap seperti hotel berbintang, tapi kamarnya baik dan bersih. Mobil bisa langsung parkir di depan kamar. Parkiran sangat luas, nahkan bisa menampung untuk bis wisata. Sarapan tidak tersedia (mungkin karena covid ya). Anda bisa berjalan di sekitar hotel untuk cari sarapan, dan mudah ditemukan.
