Reviewed By María MEl apartahotel está bien ubicado en Dosquebradas, con fácil acceso al transporte público y zona de restaurantes. Muy cerca de Pereira. Cuenta con cocina, lavadora y nevera lo cual brinda comodidad. Lamentablemente mi estadía no fue buena, en el piso 5 se oye todo lo que se habla en las demás habitaciones por el cielo raso, debido a esto la calidad del descanso no es buena porque hay huéspedes que organizan reuniones y hacen ruido. Se oyen conversaciones y sonidos de televisor. Además, las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle reciben ruido constante del tráfico desde las 5am hasta las 10pm y en menor medida durante la noche. No tiene ascensor, así que si se lleva maletas grandes deberán subirlas por tramos largos de escalera.

No good at all
Reviewed By jmiguel2cuThis hotel is no what they say in the review. This an all building that somebody change it to a hotel, need and upgrade. The finishes in the room are horrible. The Heater for hot water work for a while while you taking a shower, after some minutes stop and you have to wait for a while to have hot water again. I personally do no recommend this hotel, better hotel Movich. The staff is friendly.

Reviewed By jmdn23Es un hotel ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, se nota que fue recientemente remodelado y tiene habitaciones muy confortables. El desayuno que me ofrecieron fue muy balanceado y cuenta con un personal muy amable. la iluminación es muy buena en general sus instalaciones son muy cómodas. El restaurante se ubica en la parte alta y cuenta con una terraza que te permite disfrutar plácidamente lo que consumes mientras lega la brisa mañanera.

HORRIBLE & NOT CHEAP... Feeling Scammed
Reviewed By Alexandra RArrived expecting extremely high quality; nonetheless, found that the pictures are a complete fraud. Would not recommend at all. Not only was the neighborhood quite ugly, and not the type of place we would want to bring our daughters... the entrance late at night was quite problematic. We had reserved a two floor apartment within this hotel and ended up being placed in a little suite with dirty sheets, a disgusting bathroom with a literal hole in shower ceiling, peeling paint, and one of the shower handles was missing. There was a dead ant on one of the towels. One of our daughters found a booger on the wall. The room smelled a bit like gas. It was 1 am and you could hear screaming from the lobby and extremely loud motorcycle noises. To make matters worse, we didn't even feel safe in our own room; the only locking method was a simply little door button lock. TV didn't work. Extremely displeased and absolutely ruined our holiday.
