Reviewed By deborahm290292The Anantara is beautifully located over the cliffs of Impossible beach and surfbreak with a convenient elevator down to the almost inaccessible beach. Upon arrival at Anantara we felt warmly welcomed and even though we only wanted to deposit our luggage, we got an early check-in and were led to our beautiful ocean view room. The staff was friendly every second of our stay and we were very well taken care off. The rooms are HUGE and the views even in the "cheap" room were gorgeous. The bed is very big and comfortable. The bathroom has all necessary amenities. The shower is big. The minibar wasn't stocked, but the fridge worked fine to put in water or other drinks. We used the hottub on the balcony twice, which was fun. In addition to daily cleaning there was also a turn-down-service, which I especially love. The room was very clean and the AC worked fine. The pool is a bit far, but perfect to spend an afternoon at. The staff at the pool is also very attentive. Combined with view, friendliness of the staff, and size of the room, the stay was definitely worth the bucks. The facilities do seem a bit dated or due for small renewals (p.e. floors in the pool area, some rust in railings etc., nothing big), but in general is in a good condition. I would recommend this stay to my friends and will be back here.

Both villas were great and upgrade experience was so convenient and efficient! Great facilities and condition despite being 10 years old, materials used were very long lasting and expensive. The cliff ocean view was so beautiful that s hard to describe in words. Indian ocean is indeed magnificent. The cold air drifted from the Indian Ocean was so refreshing that brings a coolness in the midst of tropical weather. Service was top notch. I had my friends over from another hotel, they were treated as though they were staying in bvlgari. My butler Jun and dewa was so patient and friendly. Also not to mention the staff welcoming us, such as Michael. Overall recommending for people wanting a retreat in bali. However if you decide to stay in bvlgari I suggest not to go to city center, trip was too far.

I have a confirmation stating that they were supposed to give us a villa with a view but instead gave us a villa with a garden and instructed us to check with agoda as this was not a hotel mistake. They later told us that they will check and relocate us to a villa with view tomorrow because they did not have a room with view available today, and when I enquired if they had availability for tomorrow, the same reception team replied that they did not have villa with view availability until June 5th, highly unprofessional behavior and one of the team member was laughing. This is my girlfriend's birthday, and your blunder has ruined the entire event. I am checking in 5 hours after the check in time and I am yet to get my room. Attached is the confirmation

Reviewed By lianesantospI had the pleasure to stay at Sal and I had the some of the best days ever. The hotel is modern, sophisticated, with great eating and co-working areas and an amazing pool! The rooms are decorated with and amazing Boho Bali decoration and the bathrooms are open and too die for. Staff is amazing and Ibu is the most lovely lady ever! Great breakfast too. Miguel is an amazing host and will make sure that Sal makes you feel better than at home! Perfect place to stay to enjoy Uluwatu and have some great and chilled time

Good food, bungalow, Pool and area in walking distance to very good Restaurants (Barraca, Bondi Grille and Breeze Restaurant) and Thomas Beach. Very nice receptionist that helps with organisation, easy Scooter renting. Massages easy bookable. Extended our stay for two more nights.
