We traveled here for our honeymoon which ended up being a perfect spot to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean - we loved the view from our patio overlooking the tidepools. We spent time at the two beaches with amenities (loved the delivery service at the beach/pool) which were both quiet and relaxing. We golfed a round one day and the golf pro, Kenny, was helpful and encouraging. The daily breakfast buffet was incredibly comfortable and offered a variety of choices each day. The front desk helped us with taxis to Christiansted when we did go into town for dinners. We would definitely think about going back to the Buccaneer!

This hotel needs a redo. Seems run down. Bedroom had cracked mirrors and seemed unclean and rundown. Lobby bathroom was dirty. No pool towels. Great food at restaurant but terrible service. Beautiful views and convenient to airport.

Bad stay in St Thomas the power went out; the Front Desk does not reserve ferries; does not book restaurants (unless on property) and will not confirm flights.. Does not know covid rules and no information on traveling to BVI. It is vety tired resort Restarants charge double of high end in Town.

One of the best resorts on the still struggling island of St. Croix (post-COVID, and Hurricanes Irma & Maria). Nice westerly facing beach and very quiet. It does require a bit of a drive to get here. Good bar, ok restaurant, polite staff. A/C in rooms is great. Layout is multiple bungalow type buildings. Remember everything here is “island time”. Plan for long waits for meals, etc.

Lovely view, small boutique hotel felt comfortable and friendly. Restaurant and bar were great. Room could have used some updating but still comfortable and clean. Water went out twice during our one night stay but was resolved quickly each time. This is a historic hotel and if you can appreciate it for that would recommend.

Flamboyan on the Bay Resort & Villas is a two and a half star, unpretentious and very relaxed resort facing Magens Bay. Our facilities include two restaurants, one Italian finer dining featuring a wine-mojito bar, and the pool sports bar with burgers, bbq, pizza and sandwiches. We offer two Jacuzzis, tennis courts, a coffee-deli-wine on site shop with breakfast, a gaming room, a small fitness center offering also yoga, zumba and massage services. All our studios and villas have been tastefully redone, and are fully equipped with kitchenettes, microwaves and small fridges, plus energy efficient air conditioning units. Most units also face Magens Bay, and you can wake up to spectacular views of the bay, or watch the sun set from your balcony while sipping the cocktail of your choice. Last year RCI awarded us recognition for excellence in hospitality services, and since 2010 we have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars upgrading our facilities. We may not be for everyone, true. But if you are looking for that "limin" effect that locals brag about.. come stay with us. We promise you an unforgettable experience. Flamboyan on the Bay Resort & Villas is what the islands should be all about.
I stopped by for drinks with family and ended up ordering dinner, because the staff was so friendly. Excellent service, awesome atmosphere, and delicious food. The views are amazing and I I will definitely return when visiting island again.

Just NO!!! Never again. No cold water in the room. The phone didn’t work. The cable reception was terrible. No ice in the building. A gaud-awful smell in the upper hallway. Ripped carpeting. I don’t care how close to the airport they are. Just, never again!!!

The vacation of your dreams starts here, at the fully renovated “CB” on St. Croix. Guests will discover the resorts amazing location, just steps from the beach, and a fresh Caribbean Chic design and vibe. Everything been upgraded and updated from rooms and suites to amenities and services, dining and menus, and activities and experiences. CB’s new food and beverage choices offer plenty of variety, with delicious classic Italian, innovative choices bought to you on a sizzling lava rock cooked to your taste, American classics and a pizza bar, gourmet coffee and pastries in a grab and go concept, and three lively bars, including a spectacular new lobby bar.
Please read the other reviews. There are not multiple restaurants, there are no pool side activities during the day, there are not lessons for scuba or anything else, the food that is available is ok if you stick to the same things every day and the front desk made you feel like you were bothering them when you request something. On the positive side, the pool bar and grill were really good - too bad they are only open 11-4. Grab snacks and things that are portable when you go to the 1 buffet restaurant because if you get hungry after 6 there is nothing to eat. I suppose they tried their best with all the seaweed, but it was a little disconcerting. The best food and beach time we had was at The Buccaneer - i would stay there next time.
