A beautiful and wonderful place to stay
Reviewed By Erwin AThis hotel is the best hotel you can go to.. it has good food , guests can be able to call and change channels, they have good services, they also have good room rates and nice rooms to be comfortable in , they have a fast Wi-Fi , the security helps guests to wash their cars every morning in order to make them feel at home and the surrounding is so clean and the road to the hotel is smooth and good... I can tell you that you should come to this hotel and I know you won't regret it ... trust me and have a great time at clen Phil hotels and suites. And the best thing is that if you come there more often they can issue you a discount. These are the pictures I took when I was there. Thanks and I know you will enjoy your stay

Home away from home
Reviewed By mattymorahA warm and friendly atmosphere. Good food, ice cold drinks, great music and exciting company at a very affordable price. Staff were well dressed and quite friendly. Rooms were beautiful, tastefully furnished, neat, tidy and cool. Toiletries were well provided and even the soap was branded. The bar area is simple and relaxing making you feel at home instantly

Does not Live up to the Standards expected from Best Western
Reviewed By Pulkit KI decided to stay at Best Western based on the wonderful experience that i had at the Best Western in Asaba about which I have already written. However my experience here was very different. When i arrived at the reception and requested for a room, they told me that the hotel was full and there was only one suite available. Well as it was already quite tired and it was almost dinner time, I decided not to check any other hotel and stay here. Although the room was a suite, there were no toiletries in the bathroom. I called the reception and they said that they will send me. Got only the soap, nothing else and this was the suite. Guess the guests in the lower category rooms have to get their own soaps. Although the hotel was supposed to be fully occupied there was not a single soul in the restaurant or by the poolside bar. Guess everyone was interested in room service only. Next day I did not feel like having anything at breakfast after taking a look at the Buffet. So i just ordered one omelet and toast. This was very disappointing experience and a big let down on the expectations that I had from the Hotel considering the name "Best Western" I won't recommend this hotel and next time would look for some other alternative in port harcourt.

Simply Superb!!
Reviewed By Shreya493The restaurent location at perfect and most happening place in Kochi and easily accesible! We had ordered pasta and indian food and the food quality and quantity both were too good! The restaurent ambience is something different and catchy..! A must visit place if you are in Kochi.. The staff there is very less but very prompt..The manager There is very helpful and himself manages everything perfectly!

Perfect Hotel for a stay in Port Harcourt

So so so dirty, dusty furniture in the room, very poor house keeping, the bathroom is not clean, leaking shower, the bucket and bathing bowl had layers of oil and dirt from years ago. From the entrance door, you'll notice it's not well run. Please owner. Get a new proactive manager, it's painful seeing all that investment being messed up. It is too big so consider turning each wing into a different wing or rent a wing out as apartments but then you'll need to add kitchenettes.

Has a number of affordable rooms, a lounge which doubles as a night club (and it could get groovy weekends) and an outside bar. Security is available and there is space to accommodate a number of cars. Access to the place is not good as the road is filled with potholes wide and deep enough to swallow a car. The restaurant is good and serves a variety of dishes. If you are looking for a place to spend the night or a place close to the airport, this is your bet. I won't encourage someone not familiar with our setting to stay anyway
