Perfectly clean and well located, the housekeeper and his wife are very very nice and welcoming, the food is delicious and you feel like home. The island is very beautiful (even in a rainy and cloudy weather !), spending the Têt here was a very great chance ! Thanks to them !

Reviewed By Jessie TI hope anyone reading this review will not book or stay this hotel. I want to share my worse hotel experience ever. The hotel is badly infected with bed bugs. On the next morning, I quickly informed the reception to change room but they told me hotel is full and not able to have other rooms for me. So they say they will sort out the mattress before I come back that night which I thought they had but apparently they did not as I got even more nasty bites the following day. My entire body and face are covered in red, swollen bed bugs bites. It was so painful and I tried to call the owner to inform him of what had happened to me. As someone running my own business and in the service line for years, I never wrote bad reviews because I believe everyone is trying to make a living(although I was already so depressed in my condition), I tried to speak calmly with the owner about what happened was really unacceptable as I have given them a chance to solve the bed bugs issue but it still is same the following day. To my horror, he begin shouting at me over the phone and slammed down the phone on me. He showed that he have zero compassion for his customers apparently. He could have just said sorry that this happen and would do something about it. A little apology wouldn’t make me felt even more sad about my situation. I looked at my arms and legs now and I want to cry. The bite marks is going to continue to itch for a another week and leave me black scars that will take months to recover. Imagine I had brought my little boy to this holiday with me? He would also have been covered in bites too. This is really unacceptable. The owner is super rude. To start with, I had booked the biggest residence room with 1 queen bed, 1 double bed and a sofa bed. Yet when I arrived, the owner has insisted that I need to top up more money because the room is only for 2 person. It is so ridiculous, common sense would be booking a normal double room if I only have 2 person to stay. I said fine, I will top up more money to have 4 person stay. Feels like this owner would only care about making money and not his clients well being and satisfaction. Totally disappointed with Saigon by night hotel. Don’t be fooled by the nice photos. The hotel doesn’t even look that great, apparently the rooms are dirty and the owner is such a horrible person.

Reviewed By hungN843Thật tuyệt, chủ nhà thoải mái, phòng sạch sẽ, đặt phòng mà không cần trả trước , phòng đủ rộng, 2 giường to (người già lại giảm giá nữa chứ), nhờ chị Thúy nấu ăn cho ăn ngon, không đắt còn hỗ trợ đặt vé tầu rẻ hơn 20k/ve/chieu, tối lại cho mượn xe máy đi chơi . Có dịp quay lại sẽ lại liên hệ với chị. Cách biển 300m đi bộ thoải mãi đến bãi biển, yên tĩnh do không ở trong phố nhưng thuận tiện đi lạiCảm ơn anh chị nhiều

Reviewed By Joanna BThis hotel is a complete con. On arrival there was no one on reception, despite us giving a time of arrival. The family running the hotel were in residence, in front of the TV in the lobby, and the children were riding their bikes around the lobby. This is allegedly a 4 star hotel but it would not qualify for 1 star. It has none of the facilities listed on Tripadvisor, Agoda or Booking.com. The staff have no idea how to run a hotel. The rooms were dirty, lamps and taps were broken and the rooms were not serviced, despite us being the only guests. We were woken up at 7.15 to be given coffee sachets as they hadn't put them in the room. They were unable to provide any breakfast apart from instant noodles, instant coffee and fried eggs. They told us they had no tea or Vietnamese coffee, no fruit and no bread. Drilling started on the roof at 8.30am and rubble was transported in the lift, so that was why it was filthy. We paid the highest rate for this hotel and it was appalling. We left after 1 day. Additionally, they e mailed us a week before to ask for a cash payment, for the total amount, into a random bank account. They then wanted us to pay in cash on arrival, despite it being 4 star and we expected to pay on Visa. We made them sort out their Visa machine. Quan Lan is a poor destination, as the beaches are dirty, with lots of rubbish at the back of the beaches. The tourism authorities describe them as pristine, but they are not! Rubbish is piled up all over the island. The local tourism authorities should address this urgently as it is not typical of the rest of Vietnam. Food is very difficult to find in Minh Chau. The best thing about this hotel was the toilet paper and the electric taxi to the port, to escape! Having travelled extensively, we can be sympathetic to local conditions and respect that people are just trying to earn a living, but this is simply a ripoff. This hotel should be delisted immediately and I will be writing to Tripadvisor, Agoda and Booking.com. Translate all reviews about this hotel and Quan Lan and believe all the bad ones. It is shocking and shameful, when so many places in Vietnam are amazing. Do not waste your time and money at this hotel or Quan Lan. Maybe in 5 years time.....?

Très bonne cuisine
Reviewed By Aline WRavissante vietnamienne qui fait de bons plats maisons. La Cuisine est fraîche et locale. Les plats de fruits de mer sont à recommander. Les Chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La salle de de bain est grande.
