Muscedere Vineyards is a family owned and operated vineyard, which hand-harvests only the best grapes from our vineyard to produce premium wines. We take great pride in caring for and nurturing all aspects of the vineyard and winery with a relentless enthusiasm for producing fine wines. At Muscedere Vineyards we believe that wines are made in the vineyard from meticulous vineyards techniques. We believe in small hand-crafted lots that allow us to treat each variety in each vintage with the utmost of attention and care to ensure true varietal character in each wine we release. Our commitment to quality is evidenced in our final products. Our retail store is open daily throughout the year. May - October 11 - 6pm and November - April 11 - 5pm. An escape that makes you feel like you have gone to a whole new world - we felt we had gone to Europe. We enjoyed a delicious pizza, the 2 Goats wine and gelato. It doesn't get any better on a sunny day in Essex. Staff is fun, friendly and so pleasant. Thank you.

Enjoy wine by the glass in any of the beautiful green space throughout the vineyard or enjoy a lovely lunch or dinner at The Vines Restaurant dining on superb cuisine, prepared specifically to pair with our award-winning wines. With many wines from which to choose, it is easy to find your favourite. Cooper’s Hawk Vineyards is dining, music, fine art and theatre, green space, wetlands, park area and that familiar feeling of welcome. What a great place. Fantastic outdoor patio with very delicious food items. Menu items are very nice and well assortment. Wine list is beautiful. The food was very delicious and very tasty. Food arrived fairly quick and at perfect temperature. Food was very beautiful plated and very attractive. Service was above and beyond by Tina. Tina really want out of her way to make sure we are happy. For sure a place to visit again and again. Enjoy

The Colin Estate Winery is a beautiful location for a stop on your wine tour. The tasting room is large and roomy and the hosts most accommodating. Here you can taste up to 4 complimentary wines for free and they do make some great wines here. In addition to their nice array of whites and reds they do make the Girls Night Out line of wines with less alcohol and a much fruitier taste. For me the crisp whites are well priced and quite tasty and it is a good place to stop at on a wine tour or just out and about in Essex County.

My partner and I recently visited this wonderful winery for dinner. She had the short rib and I had the gnocchi, The cabernet sauvignon (reserve 2016) was well worth the price. Our server Paige was lovely, we had an opportunity to speak with the Manager who was very gracious. The service was top notch. My partner and I both work in the wine industry in another region and were very impressed by the wines, atmosphere and service. Would highly recommend a visit when in the area.

We've been to Viewpointe many times. We went in July for the "Oh Canada!" Practically Hip concert. All the bands were great. The place was packed and everyone seemed to be having a great time. Ticket price of $15 included a glass of wine; more wine and food was available for purchase, and it was all very good. The setting on Lake Erie can't be beat. We'll definitely return for events like this in the future.

We have been there many times in the past 6 months for pizza and wine. Generally, we ride our bicycles and take the time there to refresh and replenish. The staff is very welcoming and the wood-fired pizza is very good. We order from the 'make your own' area of the menu and have not been disappointed yet. This winter they made an ice rink but not sure how much use it got as the winter was rather warm. Great idea, maybe just bad luck. Parking is ample for cars, but they do not have any bicycle racks. Hope they get some soon. The warmer weather coming will attract more cyclists for sure.
