It's located 1km from crystal bay beach, all rooms are fitted with terrace.Rooms are complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and bathtub. All units feature a flat-screen TV.
Very classy in a remote place
Reviewed By mushhhfiqFirst about the room.we had a double deluxe room. Room was very big. With big windows. Very well decorated room. Toilet was great. Had a big tub. They gave soap, shampoo and handwash. In front of the room there was a deck with chairs and a table. In breakfast they had pancakes or scrambled eggs with toast, With fruits and coffee. Food was delicious.. Only problem i felt was that the room lacked furniture and mirror. I contacted with the owner via whatsapp before i went there. She even managed us boat tickets to go to nusa penida. She waited for us at the harbour even though we didnt ask for it. May be its their business policy. We had to pay 100k IDR for the ride to hotel. May b we could have found cars with less fare. But it was ok. She helped us a lot in other ways. She dropped us to nearby restaurants for dinner twice with bike free of cost. She also offered us rental car for the tour in nusa penida. But we did not take her car. We rented our own with less fare. Owner is always available and very friendly.but i will suggest not to take their car for rental because they charge a bit more than others. But she is really helpful. After we went to gili she helped us book tickets for boat from gili to bali. That was a great help even though she didnt have to do it. So i will reccomend this stay to everyone.

Reviewed By klemenf2018Great place to stay. Very friendly and helpfull personel. Next to the see possible to snorkel big fish and nice swimming pool also. They rent motorbikes and organize all necessary rezervations. Warmly recommended.

Good but needed some update
Reviewed By mitchellm418We are a group of 4 staying at Villa 2, overall stay was great for the price we pay. We enjoyed the location, food, friendly staff. There's even a place where we could hangout and chill right across the road. But, the room might need some minor update. Sliding door sometimes really tricky to open and close. One of the door can't even be locked properly, imagine if someone decided to break in and steal your stuff while you're away for a tour. There is no place to put your toiletries stuff even to hang your towels,. There's abit of smell but not that serious. Hope they could look into these as we love this place and would come back again next time.

Disappointing service
Reviewed By darce1253bathroom unclean (leftover razor from previous occupant), pillows were lumpy. bedding smelt and stained. no sheet just a nasty throw. room not even cleaned the day we went out. no fresh towels noisy at night. dogs barking, people shouting. tv didnt work. no restaurant or bar despite advertising one (even the sign on the road is illuminated with 'bar and restaurant!'). breakfast really poor. cutlery dirty. took their driver around the island. spoke no english. they added a charge of 100k to the bill to be taken to Seganing waterfall despite not having asked to be taken - cant even get down to it! also asked the driver one night to take us to the night market. took us to a supermarket - charged us 110k! on first day after the beach we asked to be taken to Goa Giri Putri Temple. driver said he had no time. but then took us to the 'market'. doesnt compute but there we go. ordered taxi through reception to port last day - dropped at wrong port so missed boat - terrible! such a shame as such lovely people and a lovely lovely island but puts me off going again. hopefully as tourism increases so will their service

Reviewed By gianlucadQ5767SFOwner is horrible and saw him kick a dog extremely hard to the point where it ran off whomping. I don’t want to stay somewhere where animal abuse is acceptable. Sorry but this left a horrible taste in my mouth. Pick somewhere else.
