Romantic getaway in the tree house
Reviewed By timea_viennaWe had a couples romantic getaway at this place in their 'hochzeiter hütte'. 2 relaxing nights and we took advantage of the e entities: tree house, hay bath, massage, sauna and restaurants. The place was very clean and the service at the chalet is really nice. We got a big breakfast delivered every morning and a dinner. I liked the combination of old style with high quality (Villeroy&Boch in the bathroom)

This place has potential...but
Reviewed By FamilLorBeen here for our winter vacation and we were amazed about the beautiful surrounding, the amazing nature and the great placement of the Hotel (it's just about 200m od the Ski Runs). Said that the first thing we have noticed is that the staff (the majority) is not speaking German. As far as we have discovered the Hotel is run on a family basis from Hungary. Being in Austria was quite a strange feeling, but that's not a major problem since we could communicate in English. The Hotel is good but is poorly run, the rooms need some major reparations as the facilities. They did some improvements (the lobby i.e.) but most of the hotel (the rooms) are quite in bad shape. Some major disappointment was the shutting down of the heaters during the day (with an average temperature of -5 to -10 outside). The pool is small (of course not the major attraction) and the spa area is not taken care of. Not enough towels for the saunas...etc... The kids entertainment is ok but the major disappointment was the food... always the same salad... and I mean.. THE SAME salad... poor quality dinner and the first evening we had just been put a dish in front of us without the possibility to choose, The other days at least they've asked us. The breakfast's are ok but as said, always the same, and you just can't ignore the fact that the details here are not take care of. Sadly. So overall it's a nice hotel, the staff are friendly but we were very disappointed abut the bad management, the worn facilities, the food and such. It's really a shame... if the management would improve and make a (major) effort towards their work (knowing German too, better chef's, better cleaning service...better... let's face it.. ALL) this would be a true gem. If you're not picky on basically the basics and the expectations in a Austrian hotel of that league.. you'll have a great time...otherwise you'll go away with the feeling that it could be much better.

Absolutely wonderful!
Reviewed By patrika608Staying here was the best choice we could have made. It is a beautiful farm with a very nice vibe. You see wood everywhere, it is beautiful, not the typical old-wood style, but very light with a modern feel to it. We were staying in the apartment on the top floor and it was in immaculate condition, absolutely perfect and well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen also contained coffee dripper, kettle, modern oven with stove, only the microwave was missing. We even received washing machine tablets! One bedroom was very spacious with a convertible sofa, the other one normal size with a little bit worn out mattress. Both with plenty of space to store your clothes. Bathroom very well lit and modern. The breakfast was not included in the price, but we ordered it at the place. It cost 7 EUR / person and is absolutely delicious and worth it - everything is from their own production - eggs, hams, salami, cheeses, jams, butter, yogurt .... As it is not included and you can order it the evening before, you can have it on the days when it suits you the best, we had it every second day. The sauna cost 5 EUR but we did not use it. Thank you again, Monika, for having us, it was a great experience!

Best ski holidays
Reviewed By bojana845Great place, great owners, clean and cousy accommodation. perfect for ski holidays for families with kids. House is at 1880m altitude and ski slopes are just 150m from the house. Not a big ski resort but perfect for beginners. Ski school available as well as ski rentals. We visited Falkert twice and both times we had great time.

Reviewed By Anja FWir waren im Juni bei Familie Weißmann auf dem Leebhof und es waren wunderbare Tage. Familie Weißmann ist sehr zuvorkommend und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Der Wellnessbereich ist einmalig schön und lädt zum Auftanken ein. Für Familien mit Kindern ist der Leebhof super geeignet, da es viel zu Entdecken gibt und die Kinder einfach laufen können. Der Hof und die Ferienwohung bietet wirklich alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu Erleben: Seen, Berge, Natur und Panoramastraßen. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub bei Familie Weißmann. AF
