Reviewed By 15Nisa12 Juli 2019 tepatnya hari Jumat malam kami mendarat di Solo dan menginap di hotel ini. Booking lewat Traveloka untuk 2 malam, memesan kamar Family room karena kita yang menginap ada 3 orang dewasa dan 1 anak batita. Karena baru sampai hotel malam-malam jadi kami kelaparan dan memutuskan untuk memesan makan dari hotel. Makanannya murah-murah banget tidak seperti hotel yang biasa kami kunjungi pasti mahal dan harganya minimal 50 ribu keatas, sedangkan disini harganya sama seperti di pedagang kaki lima yang mulai dari 10 ribu keatas. Selain makanannya enak enak, tempatnya juga nyaman, kamar yang di pesan sesuai dengan foto yang ada di keterangan hotel, ada sofa dan mejanya, toilet bersih ada air hangatnya tapi ada yang kurang di toilet tidak ada tempat sampah, hanya ada 1 tempat sampah di kamar dan tempat untuk menggantung handuk atau pakaian kurang banyak. Handuk sangat bersih dan wangi, toiletries lengkap dan diberikan setiap hari. Fasilitas lain seperti teko listrik untuk membuat air panas juga ada, dan pastinya tersedia cangkir, sendok, teh dan kopi beserta creamer dengan gula. Sandal kamar dan handuk juga diberikan sesuai jumlah tamu. Untuk WiFi di lantai 2 saat itu tidak terjangkau walaupun sudah diberikan password nya. Sarapan disana sederhana, ada nasi putih, sup ayam, capcay, sate telur puyuh di lengkapi dengan kerupuk udang, keesokan hari juga hampir sama menunya. Untuk pelayanan disana juga baik dan ramah-ramah. Yang paling spesial kami dapat pemandangan Gunung Merbabu dan Gunung Merapi dari balik jendela, yang paling luar biasa pemandangan saat sunset.

Food beverage is terrible (sorry)

I didnt plan to make a negative comment since it isnt leisure hotel buuttttttt, they ran out breakfast at 8.30am! The Front Desk said they’ll top up the food, waited, but then the kitchen staff came in and he said thats all the food left: quarter pot of cold soto, rice and some fish (no more top up) ?? even the coffee didnt have milk. I wasnt angry com i’m tryin to understand the circumstances, but i let the front desk knows that the food is not enough, and i left without breakfast ☺️ And the day when i checked in i ordered watermelon juice, orange juice and guava juice but the orange and guava juice was terrible! It’s like a half glass of syrup and ice only, or i’d say it was a sugar juice, really taste like half kilo sugar in it ??????? Just notes from the room, AC seems not working (not cold) and no toilet paper provided in the bathroom, no soap ?? but they changed all the bed linen and fresh towel ???? Thank you for the lovely staff they’re all friendly and helpful, especially Fera (morning Front Desk) who apologise for the breakfast drama. Good luck with the refurbishment ?

Disappointed.
Reviewed By IkadsofaPoor cleanliness, poor standard of service (their staffs mostly if not all look like fresh graduates with little trainings), poor breakfast (very little options, flat taste, running out all the time). I'm not expecting much from a locally run hotel, but this even below my expectation. Does not worth the price at all.

one of the better option in the area
Reviewed By Henny Kover the hotels available in Boyolali, i believe this was a cleaner and better option. the room was comfortable and spacious and so was the bed. for you who came with a group of family, they can arrange you to be in the same lodge. i came here with 2 families with kids and it’s comfortable for kids to go in and outside each rooms. overall it’s a good room except for the breakfast. the first morning we got a semi-uncooked fried rice delivered to the lodge. the second morning we got a buffet with several menu running out of stock. i thought they will give the refill but they didn’t. my brother came a little late aaaand he didn’t get any breakfast but a hot tea :”) i wish this place get some improvements in the upcoming year, especially in eid holiday when we always gather in Boyolali.
