The beautifully little Church is located right at the top of Morcote. You can either drive up (and miss the breathtaking views!) or brave it up and walk the 360 odd steps up and enjoy the magnificent panorama this place has to offer! Well worth the walk!! Once back down in Marcote you can take a stroll under the portici and get something to eat or some souvenirs. And while walking, don't forget to look up at the beautifully frescoed ceilings...

Make sure you have some sensible shoes to climb the steps and walk over cobble stones. Carved into the side of the mountain, you will climb the stairs and be greeted by fabulous views over the lake.
