The hotel was immaculate, gardeners worked really hard keeping the grounds clean, our room was cleaned everyday, the pool areas and restaurants were always really clean and tidy. Entertainment was good, the staff were always really friendly and just wanted to please people. A number of restaurants and bars, you will never be hungry or thirsty! A lot to choose from in the buffet restaurants and always really good quality. I enjoyed the iced coffees from the pool bars, they were really refreshing! The beach is the best beach I’ve been on, white sands, sea was bright blue and clear. We had a walk to Santa Maria down the beach which was lovely. The sea is a little choppy but the flags were on yellow whilst we were there so we were able to go in, we didn’t go in far, just for a paddle. We did the lemon shark experience. It was only a couple of hours but it was amazing seeing the sharks in their natural habitat, would recommend. The tour guy was a marine biologist so it was interesting finding out about the sharks and other sea life. Thank you for a lovely holiday, we will be back!

Reviewed By linaa685I actually visited over New Years 2019-2020-‘ and I had the best time. I definitely compare things to this holiday. The staff was just amazing, as helpful as can be! And there was one specific bartender called Nerlene that deserves a pay raise due to ALWAYS being friendly - no matter how annoying the customer was! She never let that smile slip of. Food was a amazing and as a vegan I always found food and never went hungry. They had several different plant based milks . I would recommend this place to everyone looking for an amazing holiday!

Reviewed By Resort17410543527It was a surprise for me to relax in a business trip,normally i try to finish the work the fast that i can to get back to home but this time was diferent everything started when for just a eventuality i rented a room in there The firts view i was already charmed,the blue sky great sun and the ocean was so clean like a blue crystal...in that moment i felt something that i was not feeling in monts or maybe years,totally relaxed,it was just for 3 nights but my body felt like i was an entire mont resting And when i finished the work and comeback home i was already a new man I loved the place and for the next time will be for holidays looong holidays

Reviewed By Paul GGood hotel, nice pool, good food, clean rooms. However, the al acarte restaurants have 2 sittings 7pm & 9pm. One is too early the other too late for us! Hence we only went once. Why do they want a large input of diners all at the same time? Surely it’d be better to stagger, some people may want to eat earlier, some later. Also if you’re not a breakfast person you’ll have to wait until 1pm to eat! Breakfast finishes an 10.30 lunch doesn’t start until 1pm. Lunch should start at 12 noon. I’d still recommend this hotel though.

Excellent facilities, a superb beach, gorgeous turquoise sea, the food choice was 1st class and the restaurants on the site were great. What made the holiday so special were the staff at the hotel, they could not do enough for you, they made our stay perfect, thank you! I hope the manager of this hotel appreciates how amazing his staff are, we will certainly be returning soon.
