BASIC ACCOMMODATION
Reviewed By ALEWINYMy stay was ok and the service a bit on the slow side. The first room I was given had no hot water and on complaining it took a while before any action was taken. I then personally had to go to reception and ask for a room change which was done and unfortunately the new room had hot water but no Air conditioning. The premises are ok but need maintenance. The TV in the room only had one channel and the time I was there the satellite was disconnected. WIFI is available though slow and intermittent. Breakfast is limited and the meals are buffet with limited choice as well. The staff are generally polite, courteous and helpful though slow. They accept Visa card and Master Card.

Reviewed By KitunziI have been to Soroti Hotel this weekend. The hotel is beautiful, with an average breakfast but the hotel rooms are very dirty. Bedsheets, towels aren't changed. The showers are so bad. I am disappointed. Bathroom is so dirty

They charge for throwing up in the sink

Great boutique hotel in soroti
Reviewed By JuliusCaeser123Check in was smooth. The single occupancy room is real petit but compensated with the old traditional fan for air-conditioning, working wifi in the room and great water pressure( both hot and cold) in the bathroom which is large enough. Breakfast is just enough for the rate paid. Housekeeping is on point.
