Reviewed By BaselJaneA warm and welcoming family run hotel furnished in traditional Austrian style. Excellent food and ambience and genuine hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with smiling banter. Comfortable and super clean. Good parking, nice spa area and lovely warm lounge area with original tiled oven.

Beautiful town and hotel
Reviewed By Robert SWe have been in this region several times before but have always stayed in Neustift. We were traveling to the Dolomites and made this stop on the way to recoup from jet lag. The staff at the hotel is extremely nice and helpful. The setting of the hotel is great and the little town is very quaint. There is a Despar grocery just a couple minutes away and they have a great selection. Dinner at the hotel was first rate and so was the salad bar. Breakfast was wonderful with all the items you could ever want and a very large selection of fresh fruits. We were very glad that we stopped here as was recommended to us.

Great family-run property in Stubaital
Reviewed By Ivan TThis is a fantastic example of a family-run hotel with attentive service, great employees and very comfy rooms. Easy arrival - a complimentary Stubaital card allows to generate a QR code for arrival from Innsbruck HBf to Mieders. Employees do speak English and they were super welcoming, having offered to check-in a bit earlier than planned originally. Location-wise - close to public transport (requires a few minutes walk uphill from the bus stop), but overall super-convenient if you're travelling without a car. I had HP, so breakfast and dinner included - the cuisine was good and the quality of products was very decent. The room was quite roomy and with a balcony with an amazing view over the valley. The only complain would be internet speed, the rest was fantastic. I spend only a few days here, however, I have to say that I would definitely consider Bergkranz for my next stay in Stubaital.

The hotel is located in a small, quiet and beatiful town and the view from the room window is amazing. Will definitely return someday!

Reviewed By me_miraWe stayed in this kind of accommodations before, but this one impressed me. It was clean, like really clean. The owners where there but you didn't notice. The breakfast was ok. We had aces to the breakfast area evenings to, so we can play games or just talk..and it also had a bar and an honor system..just write down what you had..:DIf I also pencil in the ski area at Stubaital the place was amazing. I would certainly recommend for ski trips
