Reviewed By frederic fTuvimos una estúpenda experiencia con Vilma, quién nos acojió maravillosamente ! La habitación era preciosa, los desayunos muy ricos y su familia muy simpatica ! La casa no queda cerca de la playa pero nos prestaron bicis gratis, lo que nos permitió ir por todos lados facilmente ; eso fue un regalazo que disfrutamos muchíssimo !! Muchas gracias Vilma por la estancia genial (y por el helado ;)), si regresamos algún día a Varadero sabemos donde ir !! We had a great experience with Vilma, who welcomed us marvelously ! The room was beautiful, the breakfast very good and her family really nice ! The house isn't close to the beach but they lend us bikes for free, which allowed us to go everywhere easily ; this has been a really nice feature that came off very handy !! Thanks a lot Vilma for the whole stay (and the ice cream ;)), if we come back to Varadero we know where to go !!

Reviewed By 636sareaWe had stayed 2 nights in playa caleton in Hostal El Legendario. We went there spontaneously and luckily found a room and had the best moments in our Cuba tour:) Arnoldo and Ivette were so nice. We had so much fun during our stay. The food was very delicious! And also the local cigar was the best we have ever smoked!! Thanks a lot guys! :)

We've booked a guide with the casa and it worke d out perfectly. Just gave 4* at the location But only because its not right on the beach. The beautiful rooftop-terrasse with great views makes up for it. How was the food? The food we had was amazing! Fresh fish and plenty of it all. Everything was just perfectly cooked. How was the room? Beautiful room, all new, very comfortable, great shower and very quiet. Other Comments The owner makes you feel very welcome and does everything to make you comfortable. No problem to sit and read on theire terrasse for hours and just enjoy the busteling life on the street just below.

Great time in Cuba...
Reviewed By jimnmaxWe had an excellent stay with Armando in Matanzes. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was local info, taxis or shopping. The staff were also great. The two rooms we used were airy and light...the first room was great, but Armando moved us into the penthouse as soon as it became available...the roof terrace(s) were a fantastic place to eat and take in local life in the streets below and beyond. The meals were fantastic...we normally never eat anything other than breakfast in our accommodation, but we ate every night here...all the meals were excellent and we never once managed to clear the table of the huge spreads provided. When our internet cards ran out, Armando allowed us to purchase some of his own supply. Can't recommend La Villa Sonada enough.

We are a Cuban family living in Boca de Camarioca, next to Varadero. Our 2 apartments have kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, refrigerator and air conditioning. Next there is a small sandy beach wit bar/restaurant. From our location you can avoid the turistic environment of Varadero e see the real Cuba. Sill you will have a chance to access Varadero in 10 minutes. Havana is just 1:30 away.

Reviewed By Morena BAbbiamo prenotato presso questa struttura con mesi in anticipo al fine di godere al meglio della nostra tanto attesa vacanza. Ma nonostante il concordato, al nostro arrivo io e mio marito ci siamo ritrovati in un garage con finta finestra vista muri. Le nostre aspettative sono state disattese in un secondo. Questa l'ospitalita' cubana? NO Grazie. Siamo scappati dopo pochi giorni nella speranza di godere la nostra vacanza. Abbiamo pagato l'intero soggiorno senza averne goduto. Grazie adios.
