What I like here the most is the professionalism in handling customers , booking time and welcoming to guests. I can also book via mobile application , which is much more easy. Massage is so great and makes you relax. I can do haircut or styling or hair care there, and each visit is an excellent experience .

The reviews from the latest trip to AbuDhabi seem to be totally positive and full of words like excellence, perfection, highest standards etc., etc. This review of the Espadrille is about to follow the same pattern because... it was absolute perfection. As usual, the welcome was warm and welcoming. The stand alone building in the Venetian Village at the Ritz Carlton is stylish and comfortable. All this pales into insignificance when you compare it to the standard of treatments. I visited three nights on the trot it was so good. The massages are the best in the world. These are not inflexible programmes churned out en masse. Each massage is individual, designed for you. The Hammam is an experience not be missed and after a long flight, it's a wonderful treat guaranteed to lead you to a good nights sleep. NOT to be missed.
