Although the actual building is under construction, a new temporary building has been constructed to house all the same vendors. There are all kinds of great Swedish food on offer ranging from seafood to meat to veggies to sweets. Many of the places have seating available when you buy some food from them. For a reasonably priced meal in a fun setting, this is the place to go.

Izmir Kebab, in the North-East corner of the down-stairs market hall is the best Kebab restaurant in Stockholm, I dare say Sweden. I've been going there for 40 years now so I should know. Their Kebab in round french bread is the best Kebab in the world, IMHO. The Hötorget market hall is a great place for meats, fish, seafood, and cheeses, and there are a couple of nice places to sit down for meals too. Izmir have a few tables and there's complimentary Ayran for the guests. Everything is fresh and clean, the staff are attentive and fast. Love this place.
