Restrictions in swimming time

The hotel is clean and well maintained, and good for the price. However, restricting guests to particular swimming time only when it's daylight is a particular put off for me. Hotels elsewhere allow guests to swim whenever they feel like taking a plunge.

Worse service ever

Reviewed By meemeejw

Room 101 is clean and cozy. However, should not be called a mini suit. The POS is bad and transfer is the only option hence the wait to receive alert. The intimidation to pay just after food ordered by guest is served is ridiculous, I would have preferred to pay before service. Their cocktail was the worse I have ever tasted that lady making the cocktails, mocktails should be replaced. I was approached by the owner of this hotel last night. I saw a very humble and nice guy who offered two additional supplimentry breakfast for two of my children. Low and behold we got to the restaurant this morning after checking out and waited for over 30mins for just tea, bread and fried egg. To start with why should a complementary breakfast be just tea, bread and fried eggs all through the week? I remember that my elder brother from the US spent two weeks in that hotel and the service was the same bread, tea and fried eggs except for Saturday's. Same reticence as my husband who spent some days in this same hotel. Having waited for that long my daughter was already getting uneasy and very hungry, I asked what was keeping the breakfast for I had a call already this morning that the breakfast was ready so why the delay? I got the most stupid response of all times," they went to buy the bread" really? I got my children ready to leave the hotel. This is not just a review but a stern message to whom it may concern. Go to school of hospitality and get students who already understand customer service.do away with all these staffs for they will ruin your business. Have your clients have a number to call to report misconduct do that your business will thrive. I am Miriam A journalist
