Reviewed By Aeronaut65Hotel is situated in the centre of the city. The hotel is quite gloomy and dark when you enter. Mostly the front desk is empty. The rooms are on the 2ND floor, quite small, quite new, aircon, sat.tv, "doublebed" is 2 single matresses, uncomfy pillows, good wifi. I had a balcony room, which was so small that you couldnt really use it. Minifridge, kettle and tea (no coffee and no restocking). Small bathroom with shower, with no waterstopper, floor gets flooded when taking a shower. Toiletries upon arrival (not restocked every day). There is quite a lot of noise, door slamming and shouting. Breakfast was included and served at the 1st floor restaurant, you actually only have 1 choice of "english breakfast", as I dont eat meat in the morning, I had scrambled eggs, stale break, some sticks of cheese and some paste which I dont know what was. The "cappucino" was hot milk with some kind of caramel (it was not coffee). I did not feel welcome in the restaurant, service was indifferent, not really a place which cares. I gave up on the 2nd day and went to the neighbour cafe Strada which had lovely coffee, they even seemed interested to serve it :-) Seems like this place is a family enterprice which has an idea of "international" but has no idea of what they are doing, and not much sense of service. But they do know what to charge you, and I can say for me it was not worth the money. Did this hotel offer contactless check-out? Well yes, there were nobody in the reception :-)

Reviewed By ZoTaGardenia's restaurant and its services are the best in this hotel, the food, the service and the personnel were all good and kind. Unfortunatelly I can not say the same for the rest of the hotel and spa. At first, the room we got was with a view into the restaurant, so when you open the window you may chat with guests and probably see you naked :) When we bocked the room we were not told that half of the SPA premises were out of order or dirty. In the SPA the turkish hot tub was out of order, the jacuzzi was dirty and the hot chairs were not hot at all.So only the saunas (two of them) and the pool were available for use.Also one shower. There were no available bathrobes so we had to bring owr own or from the room and the showers were out of order too. Moreover, because the room was with a view in the restaurant, in the late night at 2 am the personnel were arguing and chating laudly so we barely felt a sleep. In the morning, at 8-9am, the cleaning ladies were loudly chatering and laughing in the hallway so we did not get much sleep. The breakfast was satisifactory. To resume, the hotel was far from 5 star hotel. Nevertheless, they knew that the SPA premises were out of order so they could offer a compensation with a massage service or lunch or what so ever. Also we were not asked about our experience or if we liked our stay when we were check out. I evaluate my experience and stay with barely 3 star.

Reviewed By Lewis22234We been there with a family for a lunch . Food is terrible ! We order mixed grill, the burgers and kebabs everything inside except meat! They doesn’t taste nice at all , we order 1 kg fish which wasn’t fresh at all and really oily fried! The salad was not even washed with holes from insect on the rocket leaves and not fresh , it was cut from day before or maybe more . Only the waiter was polite and everything else terrible ! Never go back there and not recommend! Really poor quality food !!! Not happy

Road trip.
Reviewed By Ben SHad an overnight stay here on a roadtrip to Greece and another one on my way back. I was far too late both nights for an evening meal but enjoyed breakfast on the balcony both mornings. Spectacular views across the hills while I ate my continental style breakfast. My rooms were clean and tidy and included wifi and aircon for €42. The staff were polite and helpful.

Smelly bed linen
Reviewed By McLovin654There's only street parking, no private parking so I ended up 300m from hotel because there was no free spot. Also it was difficult to find exact location and actual entrance because sign of the hotel is rather small and you can't see it when driving a car. But the worst part was the room. Bed linen was smelly like it wasn't washed for weeks and I could literally smell the sweat of previous guests. Disgusting! And the bed itself was also terrible and uncomfortable. They say it's orthopaedic with memory foam but let me tell you that was really the worst bed I have ever slept on.

Reviewed By ChicagoPhilsterThis is a nice small facility with a very pleasant staff. Rooms with balconies have a nice chair and table outside for a nice smoke and read. The food was good and prices were very low. The evenings were very quiet.

Reviewed By massemiHo dato tre nel punteggio ma sarebbe due, perchè il proprietario ci ha agevolato nella colazione anticipandola sull'orario previsto, in realtà era una sorta di cestino da viaggio con dentro poco, camera abbastanza pulita ma con servizi mediocri, giusto per una brevissima sosta.
