A bonus is there are few people around and good hotel deals to be had. Hotel Relax was family run and the gentleman could not do enough to help. We arrived late and he had waited up for us, it was a apparent there was only us and 2 other guests in the hotel, becuase it was out of season. It was practical, comfortable, clean and very pleasant service. They spoke English and we left feeling well treated. Italian lakes is a must..also check out Bellagio

The hostess asked us several times if we were comfortable or needed anything. Views from balcony were gorgeous! We highly recommend this B&B and would definitely come again!

Quiet boutique hotel
Reviewed By Cindy MAwesome small hotel! Great ambiance and it even had a bar! The front desk staff, Adita and Julia were awesome. The room was very comfortable. We had requested 2 beds and the only downside was the second bed was a pull out sofa...which is never comfortable and would have been better if we just put it on the floor. Overall the room was awesome. It came with breakfast and it was a great breakfast. We think we were the only guests that evening. There is parking outside, however it is free only until 9am. Also the marking on the hotel was not easy to find and we had to ask a couple for assistance who were out walking their dogs. There is free wifi in the lobby and 5 Euros if you want to use in the room. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

The food was very plentiful and delicious. The location is very convenient. The hotel is pretty, with a beautiful courtyard. My room had a balcony facing a hillside where goats and sheep grazed. It was so delightful to chill on the balcony listening to the goat bells tinkle and all the beautiful bountiful birdsong. I heard a cuckoo bird every day. I was very pleased with everything..

The room was great. It's easy to get here by tram and bus from Bergamo. Have I mentioned our wonderful host Tamara? She made my grandson feel right at home and we feel we've made a friend for life.

Reviewed By Skye21My husband and I stayed here for 5 days in May. It was absolutely wonderful. ALL of the staff (reception, restaurant, kitchen, cleaning) were very kind and welcoming. They made us feel at home. Our room was lovely with a kitchenette and large terrace with a beautiful view. It was comfortable, bright, clean, quiet, and the wi-fi worked perfectly. The food in the restaurant was delicious. It is a great value and we hope to return.
