Situated in the center of the city, Hotel de los Pérez, Bussines Class, offers all the necessary services and amenities to assist you in your business travels. We attend groups and conventions, we have conference rooms, multimedia equipment for conferences and conventions, secretarial staff services for conferences and conventions, catering services, free high speed internet Wi-Fi en all hotel facilities, elevator, handicapped ramp, luggage hold, free 24 hours parking, concierge, room service and air conditionated restaurant.

Reviewed By K PThis hotel is located in this non tourist oriented town. First observation, the picture on the tripadvisor is not this hotel. Wifi did not work, I had to ask several times to get it reset. It was a hotel equipment malfunction. not the isp. After that it was hit and miss and very slow. There can not be any excuse for this, except lack of caring. The room was a mix between good and unfinished construction. The bed was very short. The shower doors should have been replaced years ago. The front desk was very friendly and tried to help out with the wifi, but with little success. The hotel has (free) parking on the other side of the (small) block where somebody will park it for you in a parking garage. Look for the HDP / valet parking sign.

Reviewed By 16jamesdocMy room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Not particularly cheap but I was paying for a twin room, as is so often the case for a solo traveller. The staff were OK but a bit impersonal; the mosquitoes around the swimming pool were strictly business. Contrary to some reports, breakfast is not provided so a walk into town in required. Not a bad stay but not exceptional either. SA Tuxtla's USP is the cigar industry and the Santa Clara factory near the bus station is well worth visiting.

Reviewed By Antonio DUn lugar hermoso, cabañas muy bonitas (se ven mucho mejor que en las redes) y una excelente atención de Olivia y su equipo! Perfecto para desconectarse unos días. Ojo que el lugar es muy retirado, y la ubicación que se encuentra en sus páginas es falsa!!! Al reservar, no olvidar pedir el telefono de Olivia y el mapa correecto para llegar...

Reviewed By Angel ABuen lugar para descansar, cuartos remodelado con todos los servicios a precio muy económico. Excelentes ubicación a 4 cuadras del parque, sólo hay q pagar 30 pesos extra por estacionamiento o lo puedes dejar en la calle.
