Dirty room and terrible service
Reviewed By joooobankI could write a book about our experience ;O) -When we arrived in the room, there was a used plaster on the ground. Not sure the room got cleaned before we arrived... -The room was very hot and unventilated so we did not sleep well -We had a shuttle booked at 5.30 in the morning. Following the manager we arrived at 5.32 (my watch said 5.30) and the suttle was gone without calling or leaving a message -We complained to the hotel manager, now my dear friend Michael Willwerth. His message to me was one of the most disrepectful as a client I have ever received. So...don't go if you want to sleep well and have a client focused service.

Be most welcome in our 3-star hotel. With 24-hour front desk. Very quite, nonetheless only 600 meters from the airport. Relax in our well-equipped en-suite rooms (heated) that feature wooden floors as well as free wireless Internet access and TV. Meeting room upon request, rich breakfast buffet from 4.30 to 10 am. Our restaurant is open from 5 pm to 11 pm. Complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport. Large parking lot.

Go away from this place they are very aggressive
Reviewed By U5467DCsandrarHaving a flight at 7 am to Greece we booked one night in this hotel. When we arrived at around 9 pm the day before our flight, the reception asked for our pcr test. We made it around 30 hours before which is OK for the flight. They told us that they didn't want to give us a room because the test was older than 24 hours. And cherry on the cake they said we cannot reimburse you because you paid booking and not us. I was surprised and they said "we sent you emails and notification of the app of booking" but they were liying as I never received anything and I asked them to show me the messages... that they never found of course! The young girl at the reception told us "I cannot help you because I work from the morning and want to go home" and her older colleague was very aggressive with us and said call booking, go to another place I cannot help. We were afraid about having to sleep in our car but fortunately we found another hotel. This B&B is truly a shame, not even a seat at the reception and a staff very un respectful! Never recommand this place

Personnel never showed up for breakfast
Reviewed By James BVery clean, comfortable and interesting restored farm property in the village. However, I clearly requested breakfast the evening prior, for 10.00 the next morning. When I went to eat, the reception and restaurant area was locked tight, with nobody around to serve. This was disappointing and a serious lapse of customer service.

Reviewed By Fir3fly1995I was placed here as part of training for Ryanair. I was being bullied and the hotel main office wouldn’t help me or move me to a different building. I was eventually sent home with the promise of a refund and never got it. I stayed for less than a week and paid €800 for the stay.
