I knew for sure the lake Turgoyak and loved it, but we were looking for a stay with a high level of comfort - and Chalet Turgoyak was a real discovery. We went there with my mother-in-law for 2 nights - and we have an impression to meet our good old friends. We sincerely did not want to leave :) Liudmila helped us from the very first second, she made our state there as comfortable as possible. She was always present for us: in advance by phone, messengers, and email; all the time when we were staying there. Her advises were very helpful, and her strawberry jam is fantastic! If you are from Russia - simply go there. During our stay we saw people traveling by car and having a 1-night stop at Chalet - an excellent idea :) If you are from faraway - fly to Chelyabinsk, take a taxi (I sincerely prefer the Intercity company), - and in about 2h you will be at this fantastic place. As for me, I will remember my stay at Chalet Turgoyak for a long time, I loved these 3 days.

Reviewed By ovak_ekbОтличная гостиница в основании горнолыжного склона. В номерах уютно и тепло. Красивый вид из окна. Есть холодильник, чайник, хороший телевизор. Отличный душ. Хороший завтрак. (Правда начинается с 9 утра). Доступна бесплатная парковка. И как плюс - недорогая стоимость катания на горных лыжах

Reviewed By Денис ИГлавное достоинство этого отеля - соотношение цена/качество. Понравилось также: очень приветливый персонал, расположение недалеко от пляжа, рядом пельменная с прод.магазином. Размещались в номере 2, рядом с кухней, что удобно для подогрева еды и чая, но неудобно, если у кого проблемы с засыпанием вечером. Недостатки: малая автостоянка для большого количества постояльцев, а на уличной автостоянке ворота могут поцарапать машину, если поставить ближе к выходу (пару царапин грешу на них). Выбирали среди вариантов размещение по наличию Wi-Fi, но и с этим была засада - он почти не работал. Вид из нашего окна был на мрачный забор. Матрас на кровати справо от входа старый/продавленный с постельным бельем по качеству ближе к какой-то синтетике. В унитазе (там, где вода, какая-то грязь) смыть можно с нескольких попыток, ибо напор мал (видать отрегулирован экономить). Душевая кабина старенькая с разводами, пришлось звать, чтобы показали как включать воду. В 2 люстрах горит по одной лампочке и в номере темно.
