Excellent food and decoration
Reviewed By saroyan07Inside felt so warm and cozy, the food was delicious. There is wifi and nice jazz playing, there is a piano that can be played if you know how. Nice view outside but it was cold when I visited. Bar is also available with many drinks.

Reviewed By Александр КОтзывчивый и добрый персонал. Приготовили очень вкусно севанский сиг на углях, угостили вином. На следующий день отвезли бесплатно на вокзал. В номере комфортно и тепло. Прекрасный отель. Рядом озеро, красиво и удобно добираться до горнолыжного курорта.

Reviewed By Анастасия СПять комнат на одном этаже, на пять комнат один туалет и один душ, который практически не работает. Освещение в поселке отсутствует. Сутки стоят 12000 драм ( это 25 дол.) неоправданно дорого. Телевизора нет. Полный привет!!!Останавливайтесь в отеле VAN, в этом отеле дешевле, все новое и с завтраком. Двухместный номер 10000 драм (20 дол.) Удачи. Отзыв от 20.09.2018 г. Николай.

Reviewed By tavla20The only good thing was the location and wi-fi . We stayed this hotel 17-20 oktober and hade a room in the bottom floor. When we checkin and payed cash, they wanted us to cancel our booking on booking.com, we refused. The room was wery cold, we have to sleep with our clothers and double blankets. When we complained, they swith on central heating system . When we woke up on the morning was the room cold again. They switched the system off in the middle off night and refused to start it again. It was the same thing for 3 nights . We have to argue with the male owner for him to switch on the heating for the night . He said nobody else hade complained . Even the hot water was scarce A quick shower.No more. The toilette ring was missing and water was leaking from the basin to the floor. No cleaning during our 3 day long stay We booked a room with a tv, it did not not exist . After we left this place and checked in on next place in Jerevan, we recieve the a email from booking.com that we never shoved up at Sevano Hotel. The owner on Sevano Hotel is dishonest and stingy. Do not stay there!
