The wonderful grasslands around Xilinhot and the Xilinguole Grassland Nature Reseve remind me so much of my home country, South Africa. Blue sky, fresh air and the feeling of being in nature makes a visit to the reserve really worthwhile.Visiting it with my Mongolian friend, Nars made it even better because he could explain to me the history and a lot about the Mongolian culture. The best time to visit the grasslands is from May-September, the weather is great and you will have a wonderful time. You can also stay overnight in a traditional Mongolian yurt, enjoy Mongolian music, food and horse milk wine!

I live and work in Xilinhot, Inner Mongolia province of China and to visit the Beizi temple is one of my favourite hobbies. You have a great view from the top over the square and Xilinhot city. Looking over the waving grasslands under a blue sky is the ideal place for reflection and soul searching. It gives you a great idea of Mongolian culture and architecture and there are some nice restaurants around the square to enjoy traditional Mongolian food and shops to buy handicraft.

This area perhaps the best scenic site in inner Mongolia. The greenery surroundings with the blue lake and cloudy sky in a sunny day will certainly make you to feel why the Mongols fall in love with the place and the worth of visiting this site. A must visit site in inner Mongolia. Try to visit the site at afternoon, so you will have sun on your back to have excellent photos of the lake and the sky

フルンベイル市の最大の公園がこのジンギスカン公園になります。広さは25.5ヘクタールとのことで広場の中にはジンギスカンの勇ましい銅像や噴水（冬場に行ったので水はなかったです）やスケート場（夏はないそうです）や散策できる公園があります。
なお、雪像も飾られていました。

Beautiful scenic area, mountain backdrops, 20 minute drive from the city if that. Also you can fish here with line nets, there were o my a few cat loads of people. Excellent place for photography, horses and cattle roaming around and drinking from the river. Well worth a visit for some quiet fresh air. Enrique you can hire horses for around 50yuan and take a ride with local Mongolians and holiday villages where you could stay in a traditional Mongolian Ger! Didn't have time for this but will definitely consider next time... Posting some iPhone pics will upload better images once processes from camera
