Kok Oslo

KOK is a sensual and social nature experience you will never forget, a very special meeting place for both locals and visitors. At our floating saunas you can enjoy the revitalizing combination of steaming sauna and refreshing fjord baths all year round! Our sauna boats are wood-fired with efficient and clean burning wood stoves. Large windows let in a lot of light and give lovely views. You can join our KOKORAMA where you can book single seats, or rent the whole boat privately for you and up to 10-14 friends. If you want an extra special experience, we recommend the fjord cruises where you will be taken on a tour among the islands in the Oslo fjord before anchoring in a bay for a refreshing dip in the sea. All the boats has electric motor powered by solar power.

Would you like to take dip among ice floes in the center of Oslo? KOK have saunas for rent at the harbour just opposite the opera house. We tried this in january 2020. A really refreshing experience which we would like to do again. After warming up in the sauna, you can refresh yourselves in the ice could water. Nice! The saunas are opening all year around. Of course it is a less refreshing experience in summer. However, the water temperature seldom get very high even in summer.
