Приятный персонал, вай фай в номере, можно пользоваться кухней. Завтрак великолепный: яичница, помидор, сосиска, хлеб, чай. все более чем соответствует стоимости. из минусов. если окна на улицу, там дорога, шумно. на территории также расположен хостел, бывало ночью шумели немного. от центра около 4 км, кому-то может быть далеко. Для тех, кому необходим отель, чтобы просто ночевать, идеальный вариант.

Bling and Jungle Theme
Reviewed By Jane EThis hotel which is actually a ski lodge is weird, very weird. Firstly, it is set amongst gorgeous North Ossetian forest and mountains after a lovely drive up the valley and it looks a little like an oversized chalet. However, once inside it is neither rustic Ossetian or Swiss chalet but instead has both a disco and jungle theme. (There is apparently a disco room on the ground level which I did not visit.) The building is 3 stories and the stairs between the ground and 1st floors and the 1st and 2nd floors are perspex with twinkling lights and an ever changing color display. The reception area on the 1st floor (2nd to Americans) also includes a bar that doubles as the reception desk, proprietor/bar person who speaks good English and comfortable lounge chairs. There are only 6-7 sleeping rooms each with a different configuration and different variation on the jungle theme. My room was probably the most ordinary with two beds each with jungle cat covers and pink leopard print wall paper. The room was big and had a huge terrace which unfortunately looked out on an under construction building at the back that blocked some of the lovely mountain view. The room had something that could have been used as a desk but no chair. The bathroom was a good size with an old fashioned shower alcove and lots of hot water. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. It is isolated enough that there isn't really any alternative. The food was simple but good with delicious home baked bread. There was paid wifi which was cheap but not very good. It worked for me in the evening after a bit of a struggle but refused to reconnect in the morning. The only thing that I didn't like was the very noisy children who had indoor play area at the entrance. The bedroom was not particularly sound proofed and their yells and shrieks positively bounced off the walls. They must have all been sent to bed at 10PM because there was sudden silence about then and no more noise through the night. The Vertikal is interesting and quirky and worth a stopover if you are in the area even if it is only for a drink.

Reviewed By genabukinОтличный отель! Обалденно вкусно готовят в кафе! Чистый номер,мягкие халаты!))Ужасно неприятный администратор на ресепшн. Пугала нас постояльцами из ФСБ!))) Предложил ей показать свою красную корочку, отказалась!))) Горничная с недовольным лицом отдавала ключ от номера! Всё хорошо, но персонал оставил ужасное впечатление!

Reviewed By Катерина ММы с мужем забронировали этот отель через booking за 4 дня до приезда. 22 апреля забронировали, 3 дня в дороге из Воронежа. 25 апреля приехали в 23:00 и нас послали, сказали, что нет мест. Звонка не было! Отвратительное отношение! Не советую этот отель из-за хамского отношения к людям! Впечатление о Владикавказе испортили!
