Welcome to the picturesque village Glatt located in the northern region of the Black Forest. Our hotel is on the banks of the little river Glatt surrounded by meadows and forests and yet near the heart of the village with its beautiful moated castle. A quiet retreat within a tranquil scenery, it invites you to enjoy the highest standard of service, to relax in the spa, and to savour the taste of our Swabian culture in the restaurant. Cosy and modern rooms, beautifully and timelessly decorated and furnished in keeping with the character of The Züfle. All rooms are en-suite with showers, hair-dryer, telephone and free Internet access, as well as television. Most rooms have a balcony, many have oversize beds (at a length of 2,20 m) and we also provide a wheelchair friendly room, as well as an elevator. With the wooden floors in all rooms we try to accommodate persons suffering from allergies.
Great hotel
Reviewed By lizcyniThe hotel is not five star but the surroundings is. It’s in the picturesque village on the banks of the river Glatt with amazing views of forests and villages nearby. We had a large room on 3rd floor with a living room. The bathroom is small. The buffet breakfast was adequate mostly German fare. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a swimming pool and a gym but we didn’t use. The room is quiet and we had good rest throughout. We had dinner one night with friends in the hotel restaurant which serve fantastic food with a taste of Swabian culture. The only negative point is the weak WiFi but it doesn’t spoil our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Nice and cosy pension
Reviewed By david1947_63Pension Himmelreich stands on a hill above the village of Glatt with its Wasserschloss. The view from the balcony (each room has one) is outstanding. Guest room is very spacious and cosy, Breakfast is delightful, and beyond the wonderful landscape and the useful facilities, there is a warmhearted hostess, Frau Anke, who stands day and night to serve and assist. A pension of great pleasure.

Absoloutely Amazing Service
Reviewed By MrM1LESI stayed here on business and was amazed firsly by the owners English skills, attentiveness, service focus really. All staff really friendly... Owner/ Chef also is a very skilled chef will stay here again (Even ironed my shirt as he did not want me to carry there heavy iron to the room!)

Reviewed By N8229HVbarbaraaThe hotel is located opposite the „Wasserschloss“ and is therefore in a lovely spot. As one previous comment from 2019 - I do totally agree. The bathroom has been updated but the room and also the hotel itself need to be renovated. The room’s especially the carpets are worn and need replacing. The balcony look tired and are not inviting. Also the entrance, stairwell and hall need a complete make over. Very outdated. The positiv things are, that the bed was very comfy, and the breakfast buffet was very good. Also the owners are very friendly and helpful. It all looks rather tired - such a shame given its location.

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Reviewed By Alexander SEin gelungener Kurzaufenthalt für 4 Tage in einer Pension die überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet ist. Da wir sehr viel verreisen waren für uns die Übernachtungspreise angemessen. Wir waren zuerst kritisch aufgrund der letzten Bewertung wurden aber positiv überrascht. Wir haben die Wirte darauf angesprochen, diese meinten, das war der gescheiterte Versuch den Preis herunterzuhandeln. Na ja, wir haben zumindest keine nackten Männer gesehen, dafür aber ein ganz romantisches Wasserschloss mit Museum im Ort. Die örliche Gastronomie ist für diesen kleinen Ort aussergewöhnlich gut. Wanderungen sind vom Haus aus machbar. wir haben uns rumdum wohl gefühlt.
