Solid value for a business trip
Reviewed By Peter_CainTraveling in the company of a translator and several others, I might have had more problems as the staff were short on English. Nice hotel, clean, large rooms. The restaurant was adequate and the meals tasty. The visit was in April with lots of snow on the ground and freezing temperatures, so there were no problems in the car park or the bar.

Small but good service
Reviewed By Ilm1998Room is central, clean and has very good service but is small. Not luxurious but a great place to stay for a few nights. Staff at the front desk were very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout and booked a taxi for us. They spoke very good English.

Good for a night
Reviewed By Jane EI stayed a single night at the Hotel VIP Luxe on my way from Yakutsk to catch a train to Moscow from Neryungri. I did not arrive until 3am and fortunately the shared minibus taxi driver was around to call the telephone number stuck on the locked front door of the hotel to get me admitted. There was no English spoken and it doesn't seem likely that I would have gained entry without his cell phone and Russian language. Even checking in was a bit of a mission but eventually I was shown to a room. The hotel looks like a block of apartments which it probably was or perhaps still is before it became a hotel. The receptionist initially indicated that we needed to walk somewhere else to my room but eventually gave me a room right next to the tiny reception area. The room was a good size with 2 single beds with very comfortable foam mattresses. There were also a couple of chairs, low table acting as a night stand, chest of drawers, flat screen TV, kettle and hairdryer. The bathroom was tiny but adequate with good hot water in the shower. The wifi was excellent - easy to connect and strong, stable signal. I expected some noise being so close to the reception area but it was pretty quiet. A simple but adequate breakfast was delivered to the room. There aren't many choices for hotels in Neryungri and the VIP Luxe is very reasonably priced and quite adequate for an overnight stay.

Reviewed By allanlachlanThe place is very clean and accommodation adequate if not at all stylish. My single room was quite large with a en-suite shower room and raised seating area with a kettle. There appears to be no other guest facilities out-with the rooms. Possibly the only service available might be laundry.
