Reviewed By 507mohammadeThis is not a 3 star hotel,there are a lot of shortage on services they give,wifi is only available on lobby,no information about agra is available either at room or on lobby,even the phone number of important access is not available on room,during January here is cold and there is no heating system,the heater they provid can not increase room temperature, there is no face towel,I ask several times for it but no response, the breakfast is so so ,the cleanness of room is average, in my point of view not worth to rent place here, the distance to Taj Mahal also is not close (although they advertise thet close to Taj Mahal u can not go by walking, every where is full of dust and it is not safe)

Unique boutique hotel , heritage experience in a 330 year old fort , very close to delhi. All guests are received and looked after by the family n the rural setting, pristine surroundings add to the experience. Meals cooked with special recipes are prepared and served from the families kitchen . Very helpful staff members

Reviewed By TarunWBeing in Delhi, one is always looking for an opportunity to get away from the city and spend time in peace. Most of the choices though often get restricted to hills which comes with its own hassles of long drives. Our visit to Rao Raj Vilas, was one such attempt but the best part was that it's just 90 min drive from Delhi. So before we knew it we were sitting at the fort and enjoying our welcome drinks. Rao Raj Vilas as the name suggests is a heritage property. Residential part of an authentic fort which came up much before the Britishers were here, and stood the test of time all these years. Architecturally it's a delight to experience this resort as it bore the marks of history and it's transition all these years. As for the stay, the place is well managed and looked after with the warm hospitality of none other than the royals who own the place. We got to interact with them a lot, a d were even shown around the property. Coming to the rooms, they were spacious and well kept. Linen was fresh and beds were comfortable. Food served was not just well cooked but also had a huge variety. One could tell how everything had been minutely looked after and given a personal touch. The only drawback of our stay was that we stayed for one night, the place deserved more. I'm looking forward to my next stay here.

Reviewed By MohitRajmalaniThe property is located close to Taj & Red Fort but the vicinity or the place where it is located is not worth it. The property is huge and well maintainsed but not managed by professionals. The count of staff members is only 3 who will do everything for you... room cleaning, house keeping, kitchen, service.... you name it and they will do it. Do not expect to see different people for different jobs. The food is very very average. You will not get any add ons with the food.. Basic meals are provided.Ask for a pickle or a papad or salad, the answer is a sweet NO. The saving grace it is cooked inhouse. Dont go for non veg meals. The exhaust of 3 front facing rooms are linked to each other. So in case you make up your mind to stay there and are lucky to gget any of these rooms, please carry loads of cans of air freshners. Lastly but the most important- THERE IS NO POWER BACK UP.We spent 6 hours without fans and light leave aside a/c's in a temp.of 40 degrees( we became a feast for almost all mosquitoes of Agra).

Most centrally located, very near to Railway station and Bus Stand. AC Rooms, fully furnished, 24 hr Room Service and AC power backup. We cater excellent food as well.

Reviewed By RavirkdWe stayed just for a night. On reaching hotel past 4:00 pm room allotted was in horrible condition with thick cigarette smoke and empty whisky bottles. On complaining, MMT got another smaller room but that too was stinking with dirty linen and blanket looked unwashed ever since put to use. Only location of hotel was found good. Staff most unprofessional and unhelpful.

Good property but poor management
Reviewed By Ankita297The property is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are nice and clean, the pool is clean. But these are not the only things that we look for while on a leisure trip. What makes a trip comfortable is the quality of service at the property- which was really not up to the mark at Blessings Holiday Farm. We were a group of 9 girls and we spent one day and one night at the farm. During this duration, we had to call the care taker more than 15 times ( i am being conservative here, we actually lost track of the number of times we had to run to the CT)- because the ACs would stop working suddenly, someone would get stuck in a washroom without water in the taps, the speaker provided by the property would not charge. While the CT turned up every time and did his duties religiously but that was not why we had gone for the holiday- after all we do manage such issues at home and offices- why would we spend money and go around managing someone??? We had gone for some nice time away from the city, and what we get is a property where power gets cut and water is stopped every hour.

Reviewed By 441rahulcIf you want to enjoy while staying in noida, This is the place. Beautiful rooms.. I mean really beautiful rooms. Amazing staff. Shankar and Chandan Singh were always there to help. The room service was super quick and the house cleaning was rapid and apt. They make you feel at home and the view is also great from the rooms. I advice you all to stay here and have a great time.
