Badly maintained villa
Reviewed By MelinaH154We were brought in by a car via a construction site which was horrible to start with then we realized during the 2 nite stay , the hot water doesn’t fill up the bath tub - the water goes cold after filling up 1/4 of the tub . The toilet flush was broken and was kept running non stop . The roof at the outside patio was leaking and worst of it - the 2nd nite we discovered out bed sheet was stained with blood and we report it to be changed immediately. The Aircon in the room was really loud and noisy . Also during the afternoon the loud music fm the lagoon was like the party was at our villa. More complaint from the pics we took

SERIOUSLY WORST STAY EVER

Dirty all places in the room. Kitchen and utensils are very limited and old. Need to walk pass through a ‘jungle’ to the swimming pool with lots of mosquito and abandoned playground. It was like a zombie playland. Scary with all the tall grass n unmaintained environment. Check in place also nowhere to find. Need to call so many time for the person in charge. Useless!! Booked using PVC membership which is not worth at all. Paid for pathetic services and staff PVC pun makan gaji haram menipu orang. Menjawab lah kau semua dalam neraka nanti! Hidup bila semua mendoakan kau merana memang tak tenteram lah jadinya. Semoga mendapat balasan setimpal dengan kerja keji korang!

In support of the environment, this small family-run boutique resort is made up from recycled shipping container that has been converted luxuriously into cosy accommodation units that accommodates up to 78 guests. The Kabin is also a great location to hold any private functions, gatherings, teambuilding, family day, wedding and et cetera. You just name it, and we are more than happy to cater to your needs. Reviewed By Aishah881011We had our family day at THE KABIN. Selected this place after doing numerous scouting. Reasonably priced and one of the top rated place. And our decision was absolutely right on the point! We had so much fun; nice environment, room was clean, food was delicious, helpful staff, the facilities are top notch especially the pool! We'll come back again for sure :). Highly recommended!

Reviewed By UlyseusHere's my summary of this villa: 1) Facilities in the villa was poorly maintained e.g.: air condition (not working), and customers had to move to another unit, shower heater (heater was faulty resulting in just plain cold shower in one of the bathrooms) 2) Other potential travellers are advised to zip up their luggage all the time so as to avoid cockroaches, Caught 3 cockroaches and one of it got into my luggage bag as I left it opened) 3) Potential travellers are strongly advised to inform the reception the time they are going to check out. I went to check out at 9.30 am but there's no one at the reception. Called all the phone numbers but none picked up. The explanation given was, there's no line connection at that area so if you can't get anyone, just wait until someone turns up or keep calling until someone picks up your call. 4) To be fair, if not for all the above mentioned issues, this villa is generally accceptable especially if you are travelling in a large group and if you have high tolerance for the above mentioned.
