Wonderful family run hotel
Reviewed By MickJenningsClose to beach, excellent breakfast on the terrace, very friendly family. Clean rooms, Wifi only one side of hotel so ask for WiFi. Would go back there anytime..Excellent for Ephesus if you want to stay away from crowds.

Cleanliness and service could be improved
Reviewed By Helenb02Hi Just back from a 10 night stay - two adults and a 10 year old. Room We booked a deluxe sea view room and stayed in block 12. For us this was a perfect location, quiet, close to the beach, pool and main buffet restaurant. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and there was a good amount of storage. They also provide shower gel/shampoo etc, which was of good quality. Unfortunately our bed was only changed once and my daughters wasn't ever changed in 10 days. I've never experienced this before, and except more when staying 5 star. The hallway had a drink spilt on it and it took nearly a week for the floor to be cleaned again not a massive problem, but just not great. Grounds/pool/beach The gardens are beautiful but some of the paths near our block were dangerous. Uneven and bricks not laying flat. My daughter tripped several times. The pool area was lovely, but we could never get a sun lounger there. On the last day of half term they put an extra 20 beds out! Not sure why they couldn't have done this in preparation for half term? The beach is lovely but they need to clean it better and wipe down tables and bins at the end of the day as these were dirty and again not what I except when staying 5 star. The slides were great and well supervised by lifeguards. We loved them. Food/drink The food in the main restaurant was excellent. Such a fantastic choice! Probably the best we've experienced in turkey and I've been to quite a lot of AI hotels. Service was average and we didn't always get drinks quickly and sometimes they didn't get it right but I cant speak any Turkish so I would never complain about that. The luvi bar was the best for cocktails such a lovely place to sit after dinner. We are only ate at the boa grill (included) which was lovely, but I would have liked to have experienced the Turkish ala carte restaurant but this is 18plus. This is a shame that I can't eat Turkish food in turkey. If it was me id swap the fish restaurant with the Turkish restaurant as that's more suited to adults. They could also make more of the pizza restaurant. There are no starters and no desserts, it's literally pizza. So it's not really anything special. We actually went to the main restaurant for dessert. When checking out I rang for a buggy to help with luggage only to be informed that they didn't cover that area! Again not the type of service you except. Overall club marvy is lovely to does have a chilled out relaxed vibe. The service and cleaniness in areas could definitely be improved. Unsure if I would come back.

Reviewed By eshars2022Beautiful hotel with lots to do. The staff are kind and helpful as well as the people. Morning activities such as the water gym are really fun and engaging and fun. The night entertainment is also what makes the atmosphere here great.
