Reviewed By ambrogiowilliamThis accommodation was arranged by an employer in Germany, the room was a single room with basic necessities, There is a Guest kitchen which has most of the things you need to cook although it only has a small seating area. The Wi-fi which is free only worked or the first day the other four days I was left with no Wi-Fi and no explanation of why it could not be fixed. The bed was uncomfortable and felt like you were laying on a slope. The owner and staff were rude towards fellow workers but not myself, apart from blaming us for taking Snacks and drinks without paying for them

Helpful staff, pleasant stay
Reviewed By Zim12345We stayed at this hotel for one night in an apartment with a kitchenette. Although the hotel is a little outdated in the decor department, it was very clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we could need. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Shocking customer service
Reviewed By Zim12345We booked the hotel and when we got their the reception was closed. When we called the hotels office in Mannheim to get assistance they told us they could not help us. So we found another more helpful hotel and stayed their instead. The H hotel still billed us for the room that we did not have. They clearly don’t want customers to come back again. The person on the phone was most unhelpful.

Poor food
Reviewed By Colcata45First time ever we went only for a quick lunch ordering two different local dishes. It was very disappointing with gravies which had no taste, also rare tasting pre fabricated "Knoedel". Mushrooms where quite ok but also not much of a taste. A kind of old fashioned kitchen reminding of the sixties, Would definitely not go there again Very clean and new lavatories.

Tired and rundown hotel
Reviewed By dmanhartI have stayed in older hotels so understand that there is five and take. My issue is that the hotel felt like it hadn’t had a deep cleaning in years. The carpets are in disarray and have stains everywhere. Pros: Staff speaks English Complimentary bottled water in room Bed was comfortable Quiet Blow dryer Cons: Breakfast was fair Carpet - gross Shower was small and I am only 5’3 130lbs. Curtain would stick to you due to the fan going and no way to turn it off or you would be in the dark
